Went last week of April 2006 and did not wait more than 5 min for any ride. Shows , especially sea lions were amazing and exhibits really interesting. Rides are nice but not as thrilling as Bush Gardens but shows and aquariums are amazing. Underwater view of dolphins, manatees, sharks and stingrays - I could spend all day just there! Nice touch tank with stingrays! We loved it so much that upgraded daily ticket to Fun Card. Parking is very expensive-39$

I absolutely love all the changes Sea World has made over the years . So many fun rides as opposed to watching Sea life in an unnatural setting. It’s better than it’s ever been .

So I have a lot to say about this place. If I could give no stars I would. My family and I went on 4/3/26 for birthday for my son. I tried to purchase tickets through the app. Epic fail twice. It took my money twice and funds ended up pending. So 220 dollars pending and we travelled from Albuquerque. We had to then go to the customer service and waited there for an hour or so just to purchase tickets that way since the app didn’t work. My daughter had same issue but her money was refunded immediately. We both purchased the Ez pay monthly passes. I contacted customer service to tell them I didn’t want the passes no more because the whole ordeal was stressful, the app didn’t work and I had 220 pending because of that, and I was over it. Plus we waited in long lines for hours and rode 3 rides that day. They claim they can’t cancel the membership and neither did they try to make the situation right. Whoever reads this do not use the app it will place your money on hold and if you don’t have extra money for it to be held then you’re up the creek. Then I could not register my pass before the next payment came around. I tried to link the pass when we got home it gave an error. Didn’t recognize the pass. Now they are saying my account has a hold and I have to purchase another pass and then that’s how they will cancel the previous pass if I purchase a new one. They threaten you with sending you to collections if you don’t pay that binding contract. Again this place didn’t apologize, didn’t make it right by offering some other solution for their mess up. Nothing. Then they go back and forth with you email for email. Instead of saying well here is what we can do for your troubles. Nahhh they rather you keep that contract. It be different if I had done something wrong but it was their fault with my money and my time. Do not get monthly passes. You will be stuck with that BS and they do not care about how they inconvenienced you. They just want their money. You will get no where with them.

What a great time with family. Exceeded my expectations by far I will admit it. Was so much to do. Roller coasters all so much fun. So much to see and animals and walk thru tours of them and there habitats. Had cheer finals here and even that area was awesome. Plenty of shops to visit and few shows. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND dolphins and whale show. U have to get to it no excuses. It was awesome and amazing and worth getting to 1000% My only issue is the prices of everything compared to Disney and universal and is $8-13 more for everything. And when u have 6 people that makes a heck of a difference and adds up. Even merch was way higher priced. That disappointed me the most. Wait time for rides where not to bad really at all but was weekdays. But had a great deal of fun on coasters and shows and seeing all the animal walk thru tours. Great time for sure and kids would love it. Wasn’t to many kiddie rides tho so that may be an issue but plenty of animals to see. But get to coasters for sure.

Sea World was amazing. It's dispensable to get the app for better experience. My favorite restaurant was the one with brisket and ribs!! The only con is that they need to update better the waiting times in the app for a better planning on what shows to go in between. Everything else is amazing!
