Sea world has always been a family destination but this trip has left quite a bit to be desired. We got to the park at around 1130. Bought preferred parking in advance but when we arrived, the parking attendant didnt even bother to ask for it and just took our word for it and we drove without direction to a parking spot that we figured was preferred. After arriving it took almost an hour just to bypass ticket entry as they have no decent way lf scanning tickets quickly. When we finally entered at around 1 pm. We gathered drinks and went to eat before the Ocra Experience. The food lines were long and only one serving bar out of 2 were opened at Lakeside, but the food was decent. After eating it was about 215 and we were already 3 hours into our day and haven't even seen the first attraction yet. We went to the penguin expedition, walked through and enjoyed it. The Orca Experience was great as always and this saved this review. After that we decided to head to sesame land for the little kids, got tl ride the carousel and then went to go to the train ride and was told that it was closed early due to Howl o Scream event. It was 5 pm. The park doesn't close until 8. We then made out way to ice breaker and again. Closed at 530 for the howl o scream as well as half the park. No way to do anything else as half the park was now closed and everyone was being pushed out. Mind you, our tickets were.for a full day, 9 am to 8 pm. But everything was done at 5. Went to get a beer and pretzel before leaving. Asked for a turkey leg that was on the menu and was told it was unavailable, fine, wanted pretzel bites and was met with confusion and told they didnt know when they'd have more available. Asked for a beer in the souvenir pilsner glass and was told they had no idea what they was, even though it was advertised. Said forget it and walked to pay for the pretzel. It was a self check out but required a team member to scan a code to use it and they were no where to be found. 10 minutes of waiting until finally one showed up snd scanned their card. Every male bathroom also had one or two urinals out of order resulting in major lines and back up. No idea how all thst money flowing through there cant but used to fix their plumbing issues. We are season pass holders but will most likely not be returning. This was not a great experience and honestly felt like a waste of time and money. If it wasn't for the orca show being great, this would be a 1 star review. Sea World please fix this. This was not a good look on your end and the idea of having to pay for Howl O scream tickets as well as a full day ticket just to enjoy the 9 am to 8 pm day is insane...

The bathrooms are disgusting!!!! Why are all the toilets filled with pee and poop!!!! The floors are wet! It’s horrible and The staff really don’t know much They don’t know where anything is if you ask them the ride ques are chaotic we had express and still took 30 minutes to get on the ride and once we got up no one was directing us to what row it was a free for all. Disney would never!

Honestly, this park is unfortunately a downfall. Visited here with my family for a day. For what you pay, it is NOT worth it. You are nickled and dimed from the moment that you walk in the door. There is no bathroom attendants whatsoever. They are completely unsanitary and unstocked. The customer service renting our electric scooter was TERRIBLE, the girl slammed the clipboard down, “sign here” and did not say another single word to us. No hi, no explanation just “go over there”. Disrespectful service. Honestly the employees throughout the park were rude and clearly not taught a thing about customer service. There is no coordination and NO CROWD CONTROL. It’s just a mess here and we will NOT be returning. P.s Lockers for items on every ride are $14 because you can’t bring ANY items.

I went on a Sunday (Do not go on a Sunday if you are not there for the Howl-O-Scream). And I have to say: The cast members are not very nice, mostly rude, and the annual passholder lounge was closed around 5-ish. Everything was for sure close at 5:30pm. Also, it took us over an hour to exit the parking lot! But I only went on one ride: Penguin Trek (Good ride, I recommend for families with kids ages 8+). It was packed!! ☹️ Not worth it to buy a day pass to Seaworld on Sundays before Halloween, because at 5-ish they close the park attractions for the Howl-O-Scream.

Bought tickets and they say park is open til 8pm, we went on 10/12 after in park and noticing half the park was closed due to holloween nights but it was never disclosed that yes that park is open til 8 pm for normal day ticket holders but almost all of rides shut down at 5pm. Then the rides that where opened showed a 30 min wait time but was standing lines for over an hr. Save your money. Absolute rip off for what they ask you to pay for everything. Never again

Amazing evening at howl o scream.. so much entertainment left me completely exhausted.. SeaWorld outdid themselves.. and the actors were stupendous.. thanks SeaWorld for a wonderful evening...

My family & I went for a birthday, Our issues started before we even went to the park we bought the platinum and on the website it says something about a free and or discounted hotel which isn't true at all so we had to pay for it which was somewhat fine. But when we enter the park we where given attitude by staff because we were given food vouchers for our inconveniences and they closed one side of the park at 5:30 for a halloween event which we didn't know would be happening so we complained and got free line skips for the rides we wanted but when we got to infinity falls one of sed rides it was 4:33 and they refused to let us go understandable right? Wrong we had the line skips and they were 2 people in right before us but refused to let us go even tho we all had the same thing so we got a higher up who was super disrespectful and wouldn't let us through and was arguing with others who where agreeing with us confirming and over all having an attitude with us for no reason we were trying to make the birthday person happy because thats the one ride they wanted and the lady threatened to call security because we said if they let another person through we are calling corporate im sorry but we weren't making a harmful threat? Over all this experience was horrible to us and we will not be buying the platinum passes ever again PLEASE FOR YOUR SANITY DONT BUY THESE IT ISNT WORTH IT JUST BUY BUSH GARDENS i would only recommend if you will be doing nothing like no rides and not buying food not worth it at all
