This review is for the app. The app is horrible. The wait times shown on the app are completely wrong every single time. SeaWorld needs to get their life together cause every other park doesn’t have an issue.

We just bought passes today and am very disappointed. To start out the food is approximately 20-25% more than Disney, even with your so-called discount. We just got on the new Orca encounter and had to spend $5 just to rent a locker to put your things in u weren’t allowed to take on the ride. Truly, save your money and just go to Disney. What u spend extra in a ticket u will lord than make up in food costs and extras they don’t tell u about. Not only that, the entire park experience will just be far better. If u can buy a Florida resident pass to Disney, u will definitely make up the money over the course of a year. Seaworld seems like the equivalent of going to a county fair and a county fair is not worth $100/ticket.

We went on a day where they were closing the park early due to a Halloween event. Upon entry, they never specified that the park would be closed early. Starting at 4:30pm staff started closing off most of the park for the special event. This was incredibly disappointing. Additionally , there were not any locations that were able to offer a vegan option.

None of the staff really know which rides are open, which rides are closed because of hollow scream, Two rides broke down or were half capacity so the lines took about two hours. One of the popular rides just randomly closed at 4 o’clock and said they were going to reopen at seven. Guest services had a lineup out the door and only two staff members working. We didn’t even bother with our hollow scream tickets. We just left as everybody seemed not to know what was going on. You couldn’t pay me to go back

Oh my goodness! What a fabulous way to end family vacation! We went to hall-o-scream! So much to do in so little time! A staff member, Amanda (don't know her last name) was by the VIP area when we entered at 7pm on 10/12. She was EXTREMELY helpful and informative for a family that has never been to SeaWorld let alone Halloween SeaWorld. My daughter loved the roller coasters and I loved loved all the different scare areas. They did get everyone in our party to jump which was fabulous as we are a family of ghosts ghouls and goblins. The opening scene was beautifully put together and gave us chills. The monster show was gorgeous! I spent more tonight on Halloween attire than I did any other day of my trip and honestly completely worth it. All of my family (3 adults 2 teens) enjoyed it and it had something for all of us. We came down from Alaska for vacay and to look at areas to possibly move to and this was a last minute add in. For $45.99 I would go again if I could. Thank you for ending our week off from life with a great show!
