The add-on Penguin experience is worth it!

We found the rides to be excellent but line times were inflated by loading times being really slow. Ride operators took too long loading up people on the rides to the point where a 10 minute line became a half hour one. Furthermore the lines themselves are a free-for-all and you have to organise seats amongst yourself. That being said I like the freedom in some ways, but seems to only be beneficial when the park is quieter. Dine all day is an excellent offer but I found the limits on drinks (one every 90 minutes) very disappointing, especially in the hot Florida weather. You need to purchase an extra cup to get refills all day. Besides that though the food (in my experience) was excellent and I’d say I got my money’s worth. Additional costs are generally a problem across the park. You need to pay $5 for a locker to store your belongings before going on a ride, and then it’s $1 every time after that. Or $14 for all day. There is also a tower experience which costs an extra few dollars and for some reason isn’t included in your ticket cost. It’s a bit hard for me to recommend SeaWorld. The general theme of the park is nice, but some areas are feeling a bit run down and notably so in some of the places where the animals live. Staff seem mostly unhelpful and disinterested, operations are poor, but besides that the park has a lot of good things going for it like the rides and the theming.

Visited to see the Orca and waited all day, but saw nothing. They told us there was gonna be a show, bur it was not crowded enough so they did no show. They do everything for the money and nothing for the customer. Don't visit.

Pros: buying tickets in advance saved us a good amount of money, and the process was easy. The app is easy to use and displays helpful information such as upcoming times for dolphin shows. Obtaining a disability pass should you need it is quick and easy. Cons: the park has really gone downhill and prioritizes thrill rides over the animal encounters. Any meaningful encounter requires a ridiculously expensive private/semiprivate tour. If you don’t book these tours, you are treated to 1 minute aquarium experiences.

Completely disappointed with the service and all the park as a whole. All the attractions were cancelled just due to weather and there was a long time without rain or wind. The experience is not at all what it used to be few years ago. I felt I wasted my money and a whole day for nothing 😒

The place is good but I had an awful and rude encounter with one of the ticketing officers. Had to force him to tell me if my ticket was valid coz he could do it and wanted me to go to another counter after staying in line just to get a new ticket for a rainy day . I just decided to pay for a new ticket because I hated the back and forth . All the rides were closed on Saturday afternoon coz of rain . They did not even tell me I had to redeem it say day .

I had a great overall experience, but I was very disappointed with the service at the ticketing desk. I needed help with my weather assurance pass, and unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get any assistance. Dylan at the front desk was unwilling to help me figure out how to validate my ticket. I had traveled all the way from Kansas and was trying to redeem it on my last day, so this was especially frustrating. He didn’t offer any solutions or alternatives and simply dismissed my concern. I believe situations like this should be handled with more consideration and effort. Guests who travel long distances deserve better support, and there should be clearer solutions available for issues like ticket validation.
