SeaWorld is always a great place to go. The one thing I the they should have more shows with the whales, but I'm sure they have there reasons, the day we went there was only 2 shows and missed them both. That's a great reason for us to go back, it is a fabulous show. I love SeaWorld so much I have a season pass.

Definitely the crew are not happy to be there, they are mostly rude, from servers to cashiers, I went to the lost and found they were closed way before the closing time of the park, the staff by the entrance rudely said they will come back in 30 minutes, after a while my wife went back and ask again, she said again rudely 30 minutes, it was even funny, anyway, understandable that is lower season however, with me I brought 6 people, well, 6 of us now hink the same way, you guys are lacking in the basics, the park still amazing however the small things are missing there, small details that makes the experience be the one that I found feel years ago !

Gone are the days of the Sea World I remember. The lush, beautiful landscape, the beautifully orchestrated shows, the friendly staff who were actually happy to see you, the day spent with your family just wandering around in amazement. All gone. What I experienced last week seems to be sadly the slow death of an Orlando institution. The place is literally crumbling. Large sections of bleachers are roped off. The limited staff who moved in what we called a “sloth like” pace seemed to want to be anywhere but there. The place was dirty, it needed painted, only limited places were even open & the shows were limited & quick. It definitely was not the amusement park it was but more like a quick stop on your way to somewhere else now. How sad. The only reason I gave it three stars is for their continued efforts in conservation & saving our oceans. I hope to see it make a comeback but they will have to do better than what we witnessed last week.
