Got rained out the 1st day. Went back the next day. Totally glad we did! My only complaint is that the map is very hard to follow. Both the paper and app. It wasn't super busy. The roller coasters were epic! We only ate once. Which was in the shark tank restaurant. Loved it!!!

SeaWorld was excellent as usual but some of the rides were closed no big deal for us but if it's your one and only visit it's a bit of a disappointment

While visiting SeaWorld in Orlando,, Aziza was very understanding, kind, & exhibited great communication skills. She turned our disappointing day into leaving the park with a good feeling. She is an assest to SeaWorld & I wish there where more people in the world with her genuine abilities. Best, James L. & Robyn L.

My family and I traveled from Canada and visited SeaWorld Orlando on May 2, 2026, as a special experience for our four-year-old daughter before our cruise vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. On our first visit, we spent a long time waiting for rides before the park was impacted by a tornado watch and heavy rain. We completely understand that weather is outside of SeaWorld’s control, but we were unable to experience most of the park or enjoy many rides. We requested a refund but were instead offered return tickets, which we appreciated, and the only day we could return was May 10. Sadly, our second visit was also heavily impacted by weather delays and ride closures. After waiting approximately 75 minutes for one ride, operations stopped again due to a thunderstorm warning. The only rides we were really able to enjoy were in Sesame Street Land, and we even missed the Sea Lion show we had been looking forward to because of the delays. By the end of the day, our toddler was exhausted, and we left feeling frustrated and disappointed. What made the experience even harder to accept was the overall cost. We paid around $800 for my husband, myself, and our 4-year-old, and in the end we only managed to go on two Sesame Street rides and eat there. Between tickets, add-ons, dining plans, and parking fees ($50 per visit) for both visits, the value simply wasn’t there. I completely understand that theme parks are businesses and need to make a profit, but there is a difference between making a profit and making guests feel taken advantage of. Charging nearly $70 for stroller rentals, overpriced food that was honestly disappointing, and requiring paid lockers just to go on rides really added to the frustration. On top of that, many staff members throughout the park seemed unhappy and uninterested in helping guests. Customer service felt cold and unwelcoming, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. I truly understand that weather cannot be controlled, and I appreciate that SeaWorld provided return tickets after our first visit. However, after two separate attempts where we were still unable to properly experience the park, it felt like very poor value for the amount spent. This was supposed to be a memorable family experience during our vacation, but unfortunately it turned into a stressful and disappointing one.
