Sunset Cruise in Fort Lauderdale
The sunset cruise was fine but not amazing. The location where we stopped to watch the sunset was industrial so not very pretty. We purchased middle bench seats without understanding the seats did not have supportive backs so it wasn't very comfortable. The narration was well done and informative. It was an enjoyable trip but just average.

BEST Sunset cruise tour in FTL
Best sunset little cruise around FTL where we got to see some mansions AND even got to see DOLPHINS for a good 5 minutes! Our captain was awesome, lots of info on the mansions around the area and full of fun facts. So interesting learning about all the & in the area! We even got to see some private yachts and learn who some of them belong to- super cool!! But the dolphins though, it was a real treat to see them for so long out there at sunset. Perfect cruise, great music too, I would definitely do it every time visiting the area. BOOK THIS TOUR if you’re in the area and do it for sunset time!!!

Bad experience
This cruise was very disappointing, don't recommend to anybody! Firstly they rebooked two times, so we couldn't go when we ordered the trip. Secondly they saved fuel and drove extremely slowly, so its not "sea rocket" more like snail. We bought speedboat ride in order to get speed experience but did not get what we paid for. I specially asked for comformation that its the same cruise that we bought when they rebooked and they comfirmed, turned out that they lied to us. They took us to see the sunset that was beautiful but the place where to see it was awful, senseless scenery.

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! This company is absolutely horrible and have terrible business ethics!! They canceled the trip because not enough people booked and I still have yet to receive my refund after multiple calls. The first call, the agent said I had to wait 24 hrs for a manager to issue me a refund. The 2nd call, he claimed my refund would be issued within 2-3 minutes and an email would be sent to me. Guess what?! Still nothing from them!

Sea Rocket cancelled my tour.....and 2 weeks later they haven't given me a refund!
I booked this sunset cruise in Ft Lauderdale on the morning of January 31, 2026 for my husband and i along with 2 other couples. At 1:36 pm I received an email saying that the cruise was cancelled since they didn't have enough people for the cruise. I totally get that.....it was no problem. I called immediately when I received the email. The tour operator tried to reschedule for the next evening. I told her that we were leaving for a cruise the next morning. I requested a refund. She said she would process it immediately. I checked my credit card after getting home from my trip and there hasn't been a refund. I called Sea Rocket on February 11. I had to explain THREE times to the person answering the phone at Sea Rocket about what happened. She said, "So...you are asking for a refund?" I said, "Yes.....I didn't cancel the sunset cruise, Sea Rocket did." She put me on hold then came back and told me that she was submitting this request to another department at Sea Rocket and they would contact me. Today is February 13 and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have gone on Viator's website and am having trouble finding a phone number so that I can get help from Viator since that is who I booked through. I'm contacting AMEX this morning. BE VERY CAREFUL if you book with Sea Rocket. I'm not upset that the sunset cruise didn't happen.....I'm upset that I can't seem to get a refund for $167.94 that I paid when Sea Rocket cancelled.

Best Experience from Vacation
Matthew and Michael did a fantastic job hosting our first time parasailing. From their conversation and personability to having a relaxing and enjoyable ride, I would definitely come back and do this again next time we’re here on vacation.

RIP OFF
Company cancelled our reservations because they didn't have enough people to go and would not refund our money but issued a gift card to use which we don't intend to use this ! RIP OFF! Wouldn't give refund Bc I didn't sign up for insurance- didn't say you need if Company cancels

Owner cancelled trip—No refund.
My paid for trip was cancelled by the firm, so I was not able to enjoy it. But to add fun to this, they refuse to refund my fee even though they are the ones who cancelled. Guess I have a fight coming up.

Beware or scam!
I believe this company is scam.. be warned! They company cancelled our boat and then told us we “may” get a refund. I would not recommend using this company, very deceiving to have this kind of policy…even though THEY cancelled our tour for not enough interest, they are claiming it may not be refundable. I’m not sure how anyone stays in business with this type of policy, I hope management does the right thing and refunds us for the trip they cancelled.

Very disappointed
I was emailed early morning day of tour to be told the tour was canceled due to lack of participation. I ended up taking another tour on the water and saw a boat ride past us, when I called about a refund I was then told my payment didn't happen, even though I can see in my bank account that the money came out.
