Paradise!
Our waitress Aniya went over and beyond. She joyfully brought us refills and other requested items, took our picture when we asked, made great menu suggestions. The food was well prepared, but hands down, the view, and atmosphere were the most outstanding!

Everglades airboat tour
Captain Pat was knowledgeable, engaging, and fun. Complimentary water was appreciated. You should wear the headphones, even if you think you are too cool, very loud.

Terrible Experience
One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. We arrived at 5:15pm and waited near a Sea Rocket boat and Sea Rocket sign with 15-20 other people and there were no employees present. It got to be 5:30pm and across the harbor we all saw a Sea Rocket boat leaving. We called customer service and explained what happened and they would not refund us. The trip is very poorly marked and signed and that many people should never be left behind. Would not book again.

Don’t bother with insurance
Loved Matt and Austin they were wonderful. Parasailing was great Problem we bought the insurance and two of our party had to cancel. And they would not refund our money. So I am out $230. So a fun day turned out pretty pricey

The trip was a lot of fun for my family. The captain and his crew made you feel very welcomed and inviting. They made the trip very enjoyable. It made sure that we got splashed as little as possible.

Experience didn’t exist because they canceled it with no notification
Absolutely awful awful Customer Service. This trip was canceled with no notification to me after I spent money to ride over here to go on this boat ride that was canceled. This is absolutely terrible. Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could.

It was a great time and my kids loved it! Suggest bring a light sweater or sweatshirt, my kids got chilly on ride back.

Company has not provided refund as requested. Scam
Good evening, I was notified by this company that my 7:00pm cruise around Fort Lauderdale was canceled due to there not being enough guests booked. I called and spoke to someone 2/13/26 and was told that I would receive a phone call from someone to give me a full refund since I was getting on a cruise 2/14/26 and would be flying back home after the cruise and would not be able to re-book. I do not want a company credit. I want a full refund. Five days later, I’m still waiting for that phone call. Very disappointed. I’ll call back when I get off my 8 day cruise.

Great cruise. Would Highly recommend. Just be sure you walk down to Pier C, not the first pier. Other than that had a nice time.

Horrible and shady company
Horrible experience. They say that parking is validated in the harbor but they do not. Claimed they ran out of vouchers and told us to just tell the parking attendant that we were with Sea Rocket, yet she could not give us a discount without a voucher. Do not use this shady company.

Do not book!
DO NOT BOOK THIS! Hard to rate when the tour operator cancels but you can’t get a refund. At 11 am we get a text that the activity scheduled for 3 people ($139 US) was canceled by sea rockets. When we called to get a refund, we were told too bad you can’t get one. Was told we needed to have purchased the trip cancellation insurance through viator… but the activity was booked for the next day- we were not going to cancel!! This is a scam by the tour operator and viator. Called the tour operator 3 times so far- and no refund. And we have not been able to get through to viator to get a refund. Never again would I ever book a tour with this operator.
