It was my first time, I took my kids for their birthdays. It was worth the money. I especially liked the little touch pool. Anemone are so cool! They were holding on to my finger.

I have now been 3 times... And all of those have felt lackluster. I pay half of the price to visit the Detroit Zoo, which offers far more. I understand that animal husbandry can be costly, but paying close to 50% less to go to the Detroit Zoo to see the same aquarium fish with additional to seeing dozens of other animals (mammals, reptiles, fish, etc) is insane... There are so many other options to visit in Metro Detroit ❣️

Great time here looking at some aquatic animal life here in the mall. The staff were informative, the exhibits were well organized, and it was worth the price, despite the tickets being ~$25 each. I liked the tunnel with the animals swimming above and bar the tunnel, with the beautiful and unique sharks, turtles, sting rays, and fish. The rest of the experience was fun with other wildlife being shown. Would recommend stopping by this aquarium at the Mall of America as a good time consumer for the day.

Its a nice place to bring the kids to. Brought my baby sister and she had so much fun! The only downside is that when it gets to crowded, it gets so hot down there! And with it being a tight space it can get a little claustrophobic. Recommend to go during the off season or off peak hours to get an enjoyable experience. Also ask for the junior Discover pack! It will keep everyone entertained.

Probably the lamest aquarium I've ever been to. It's on me for not realize it was inside a mall but absolutely not worth the price whatsoever. Spent $90 for 3 adults to do a 30 minute tour. If you're planning to visit an aquarium, go to an actual one that's standalone.

No wait in line, so that was nice. I do recommend getting your tickets beforehand. And it was fun for our 1 year old and they loved it, which we are super happy with and it was the main reason we went. However, I feel a little ripped off by how expensive the tickets are. $85 for two adults?? And not to mention how they pushed to have us take a picture and not tell us until the end of the tour that we needed to pay at LEAST another $35 dollars to receive them.(it was actually more $ if we wanted all of them that they offered. The aquarium itself was great for our 1 year old, but my husband and I felt underwhelmed to say the least by how short it was, and how little we actually got to see. Very small selection of fish, and just not as exciting as we were hoping. The touch tank was cool, but not friendly for 1 year old as the water was ICE COLD. I didn't even try to let her touch any after putting my own hand in first.
