We went on a Wednesday morning. No wait to get in. It got more busy as the day went and when we left, I could see a ling line waiting to get in. We enjoyed it. I think it is definitely more entertaining for young children maybe toddlers through elementary. My 3 year old loved it. My teen enjoyed it with her but I don't think the teen would ask to go again. We took our time and let people pass us so we could see everything. I know some people claim it too small and they went through too quickly but if you slow down and look for hiding creatures and give yourself time to watch the fish swim it's peaceful and you can stretch it out.

So many fish in the aquarium, sharks, anything you can think of. However, the guy said they were feeding the turtles, and we were so excited. We searched the aquarium top and bottom for these turtles they were feeding. There were no turtles. There was turtle signage everywhere, but no turtles. Not even an empty tank for them. Hope they are okay and well fed. But sharks were cool.

Buy tickets at the aquarium first and get a discount on Lego Land right across the hall. It's small but really good for a daytime trip!!

Took my class here for a field trip. Customer service & staff were very hard to get a hold of and work with in booking this field trip. Furthermore, There were multiple schools scheduled on the day we went. They should not have accepted this many schools on one day—it was very chaotic! Due to large crowds, it was so loud that the staff was screaming at children and difficult to move our classes through the aquarium. More than likely will not return for future field trips.

Very disappointed. My four year old was having a blast. On arrival to the Gift shop and very rude retail lady yelled at him over a 5 dollar plastic shark. Because he running towards his daddy doing your "Survey" that was a good survey however it's very much retracted. I didn't get to buy him anything nor did he get his gift he earned doing the scavenger hunt. I will not be back. And Im from West Virginia so I'll make sure to spread the word about the rude service.

Amazing aquarium to visit in a mall. It wasn’t big but it’s worth visiting. The Aquarium itself had a good range of fish which was good. It was pretty cool they had the New York buildings in the tanks and they had some little sharks which was awesome. You also have the option to touch a coral which I did do and it was amazing. Our kids enjoyed it.

Amazing aquarium. They have a walk through tunnel which was my favorite part. Seriously yell at the people who use flash for their photos, they're literally signs on the wall that ask for you not to do so.

Overall great experience plenty of entertainment for the kids and the instructors were very nice and answering our questions as best as they could only complain. Is that the toilet water levels in the bathroom are too high I know No one has said anything about this before and it’s no big deal, but as I wipe myself, my hand gets dipped in the water and it’s an uncomfortable experience maybe just lower the levels a tad bit but had a great time 👍

This was actually really cool but everyone was on top of eachother and we felt rushed because it was a massive line of people hust moving through. I felt like we couldn't really take our time to look in at every tank and even see what was in there because people were right on top of eachother/ cutting the line/ not enough workers. And we pre purchased tickets and waited in line for like 40 minutes to get in. They need to have a limit and if they sell out then they sell out. The fish were really cool but again you can't get the full experience because there is just people everywhere on top of one another. We walked through lego land and sea life aquarium in about an hour total
