Tour needs some tweaks for improvement!!
They advertised alcoholic drinks but in 4 hours offered one half size beer and a tiny cocktail containing mezcal at the very end( which was delicious but so small wasn,t a real drink). A very small water bottle was provided at the beginning but that was finished in the first half hour and guests were asking for water but none provided, bought our own at first opportunity! As for value , too much low end food was provided. The snapper ceviche and the small serving of fish soup were hilites, but a few more upscale.e samples would improve this tour dramatically. Our guide, Camilla was good and enthusiastic and none of my commentary applies to her. She was delightful, but the company could improve its act without too much effort or cost.

Fantastic Roma Norte food tour!
Wow!!!! I wish all food tours were this great. We travel all around the world and do food tours and this is definitely one of the best. Johana is the kind of guide who was perfect for this job…friendly, knowledgeable about the food history and culture of Mexico, willing to answer our various and many questions. Even recommended where to find unique shops for our shopping spree! Just go! You definitely will not regret it!! Many thanks Johana!

Did the Colonia Roma food tour last week (Friday 27 Mar 2026) with Mariana as our guide. The restaurants were all excellent and the dishes and drinks were incredible! Mariana did a great job showing us around the neighborhood and explaining some highlights. All the restaurants we went to give importance to local produce and honor the culinary traditions of Mexico. I particularly liked that 3 of the places have women chefs. I highly recommend this food tour!

Carlos was wonderful!! He knows the best places to go and he is very insightful. He made a group of 5 women feel very safe and comfortable walking the streets of Mexico City at night eating tacos!

Worth it!
This tour was amazing. The day I chose no one else booked the tour so I got a private tour. Although it’s a bit expensive, it’s totally worth it, since without this tour I woule have never been brave enough to go to the places we stopped.

Jorge was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. I tried local foods, drinks, and got a history on the walk of the city. I have a service dog and they were great with my accomodations.There was a little confusion from my Google maps as where to exactly be. They were very helpful to get me to the correct spot! I highly recommend this tour and Jorge!

Perfect way to spend an afternoon in Mexico City. Plentiful sampling of authentic cuisine. With some interesting history sprinkled in. Our tour guide Jimena was excellent! Highly recommend!!

A GREAT day with Dania!
What an experience! Between Dania's laid back personality and depth of knowledge, this tour was a highlight of our trip to Western Yucatan. Merida is a beautiful city with beautiful people and with Dania leading the way, we not only learned so much about the cuisine and culture of the city, but we learned that we want to come back and see more. Thank you again, Dania, for a wonderful time! Oh, if you take this tour, come hungry!

Food and History Tour
Jorge was great! We went to 8 different locations. I learned about the history of Merida as well as visiting local restaurants, cantinas, and popular markets. Jorge was very educational. He speaks great English and was very accommodating for my service dog. The tour is 41/2 hours and worth it!

A Delicious and Authentic Taste of Colonia Roma
We loved this food tour! The variety of dishes was fantastic; a great mix of flavours, textures, and styles that really showcased the diversity of Mexico City’s food scene. Everything felt thoughtfully chosen. We also appreciated learning about the Roma neighborhood along the way. The history, architecture, and local context added so much depth to the experience beyond just the food. Mariana was an incredible guide; so approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She made everyone feel comfortable and was happy to answer all our questions. The whole tour felt authentic and personal, not overly scripted or touristy. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico City!
