The Te Anau glow worm caves were wonderful! Very well run and organized, fascinating experience seeing and learning about these unusual creatures. Yes, you can probably find a cheap or free place to slog through the muck and see glow worms in NZ, but this one is top notch and well worth the cost. Trained guides, educational presentation and coffee/tea after. Glad we chose this experience!

Josh a.k.a not scared Josh was awesome! very knowledgeable and fun conversation. I highly recommend doing this activity you won't regret it. Scary at first, but again Josh experienced and knowledge of the waters and it's surrounding made it safe and fun. I'll definitely be going back. #teamcanada

It was such a great way to spent an hour and a half on a beautifully sunny day in Queenstown. The views were stunning. Next time I'm in Queenstown I'd like to do the trip that includes a stop at Walter Peak Station, and do the horse trekking as well; that would be amazing on a beautiful day. The singer/entertainer was accompanied on both the trip out and back by my future SIL who played the piano and it appeared that many on board loved the singalong entertainment. It's such an iconic steamship and to be able to see down into the engine area was also special. I would definitely recommend this activity.
