Magical in December
If I could give this tour more stars, I would! Our guide, Gini, was the BEST! Johnston canyon was amazing. Totally worth seeing in winter so you can experience the frozen waterfalls. Lake Louise is magical in December, my kids loved the hike around the lake and playing in the snow. On the way back to Banff, we stopped at an overlook and watched the train coming around the bend…it was like something out of the movies. Our groups was small and Gini helped us all with photo ops and where the best pics could be taken. Now, our trip was EXTRA special bc we saw THREE moose while driving to and from different locations. Gini was excellent at navigating to the side of the road so we could take pictures. Overall 10/10 experience in December. If in doubt, DO IT!

Cool Banff E-bike tour
Our guide was Lubo and he was super friendly and really knowledgeable. The tour was a lot of fun it was a perfect day weather wise and even better it was just us and Lubo so was basically a private tour. Would definitely recommend this tour as a good way to see some of the cool scenic stops around Banff.

Lubo was an amazing tour guide who was very knowledgeable. He made accommodations for us to see more animals and allowed for my group to stay on sulphur mountain. Overall a great tour would definitely recommend

Lubo was our driver and guide as we explored the Rockies around the Banff National Park. The tour was amazing and included short treks using crampons and snow shoes. Lubo was extremely helpful and had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local geography, geology, flora and fauna. It all made for a perfect day out. Highly recommended.

Best day! Our Johnston Canyon hike was stunning in the thick winter snow. Our guide Nolan was passionate, knowledgeable and truly loves his Canadian wilderness. He even made us hot choccie and s’mores to warm us up! Great day from an authentic tour guide.

My family group of 4 did the Exploring Banff and Gondola excursion with Tyler. Tyler made the day - he was so knowledgeable about the area!!! Two of our group are over 85 and have mobility issues and he was extremely patient and thoughtful allowing us all to enjoy the experience!! Highly recommend!!!

The tour was really wonderful - our guide was super fun and informative and went above and beyond trying to find areas with wildlife. Even though we could have gone out on our own to these places - we felt safe with someone who knew the roads and the area. Thank you!

One of the highlights of our week long trip.
This tour was truly one of the highlights of our week long trip. From start to finish Taylor was very engaging and knowledgeable ensuring that everyone on the trip had an enjoyable experience. We visited a number of tremendous sites starting with Bow Falls and concluding with a gondola ride. In between we were treated to insightful information from Tyler while visiting other beautiful sites and spotting numerous bull elk, some white tailed deer and several mountain goats. I would highly recommend this trip and especially Tyler.

Perfect day trip with well organised company
Great trip. Family of three on our ‘rest day’ from skiing, first time in Canada. Superb guide Jeanie drove well in difficult conditions and kept us entertained with stories about the places we visited. Snow showing on Lake Louise a highlight and she went out of her way to ensure we had the right gear to enjoy trip and finished with a stop above Banff to take in breathtaking views

Charlie was a great tour guide. It was a lovely group and my favourite activity in Banff. If you like wildlife this tour is for you!

Great time at the Ice Fields and snow shoeing.
The guide Lubo was very knowledgeable and helpful. He ensured we had fun and were safe. The adventure of ice bubbles and snow shoeing were fun. Scenery was magnificent.

Great tour with special surprises!
We had a great tour with Charlie from Radventures. We were part of a small group and saw great sites. The bikes work well, Charlie gave us handwarmers and hot chocolate to survive the cold, and even extended the tour to see a bonus site.

Me and my partner booked with Radventures a tour on Fat e-Bike and another for Johnston Canyon. Our guides were Charlie and Taylor. Both were amazing and we learned so much thanks to them. They truly go above and beyond, and they made those hours of our trip awesome. They even gave us extra time, bringing us to their favorite spots. Koodos to them and Radventures. We couldn’t have asked for more!

We went to the Johnston Canyon tour with Taylor and Fat Bike adventure with Charlie. Both were amazing guides. They went above and beyond, spending extra time to show beautiful view points. Even after the end of session, Taylor notified us when he spotted a huge herd of elks and gave us the location to check them out. And we found them!

We had the absolute best time on the Icefields Parkway and Abraham Lake tour with our guide Nolan! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience so fun. Every spot he took us to felt like stepping into a postcard, with absolutely stunning views. And even had some surprises in store for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more memorable day! Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Tour Guide, Charlie I had the best experience with Radventures, thanks to our incredible guide. From the moment the tour started, they were friendly, organised, and genuinely passionate about the mountains and the local history. You can tell they really love what they do. They created such a fun, relaxed vibe while still keeping everything running smoothly. Their knowledge of the area was unreal hidden viewpoints, the best photo spots, and heaps of interesting facts I never would’ve known otherwise. They always checked in with the group, made sure everyone was comfortable, and went above and beyond to make the day special. What impressed us most was how personalised the experience felt. It never felt rushed, and they took extra time to make sure we got the perfect photos and had a chance to soak in each stop properly. You could tell they genuinely cared about everyone having an unforgettable day. If you’re booking with Radventures, I highly recommend requesting Charlie. Professional, fun, and truly exceptional. Easily one of the best tour experiences we’ve ever had!
