From start to finish, everything felt relaxed, well organized, and thoughtfully planned. Our guide, Ray, was amazing—knowledgeable, approachable, and honest when she wasn’t 100% sure, which made the experience feel even more authentic. We had a smaller group, and she was incredibly flexible, adjusting timing and plans to fit what worked best for everyone. It never felt rushed and truly felt personal. I wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend Radventures to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable way to experience Banff!

Great day with Radadventures on the Icefield parkway!

We had an absolutely brilliant day. Snowshoeing on Bow Lake in the morning sun was a real highlight. Charlie, our guide, was fantastic—he suggested we stop there first because the light was perfect, and he was right. We hadn’t actually booked the snowshoeing, but Charlie had already spoken to his boss about taking us since the conditions were ideal. We felt so lucky to have that experience, especially since we never would have guessed how much fun it would be. Our main reason for booking the tour was to visit Abraham Lake and see the famous ice bubbles, and that certainly didn’t disappoint. We were given spikes to walk safely on the ice, and Charlie made sure we reached the best spot where the bubbles were clearly visible. The hot chocolate and s’mores were such a thoughtful touch. Charlie’s knowledge of the region and the lakes added so much to the day. We truly had the best time, and I would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Fabulous guide and sights

Harry was a fabulous guide. He was very informative about the history, the geography and the flora and fauna of the area. He was happy to answer any questions and we had great conversations about all seasons in Banff. He had a bright and happy demeanour with a passion for Banff and the National park. The hike was easy and the frozen falls and sights on the way were absolutely stunning. A.winter wonderland must do.

Simon managed to make our tour incredibly special and a once in a life time experience. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make this a lasting memory. It was my girlfriend's birthday and he made time during the tour to make her feel special and make the night one to remember. Excellent customer service and a really nice person.

This was the first time we took a tour. Our guide, Nolan was very informative and made the whole tour fun and relaxing. He answered all our questions and explained where we were going and what we were going to see. Great time by all of us.

Amazing!! We had Charlie as our guide for the wildlife and scenic highlights tour and he was the best!!! You can't control nature so I was excited to just see the sights, but my goodness did we luck out when it came to animals! We saw deer, elk and got some really awesome shots of a pack of Coyotes! Charlie was a really fun guide, talked about the history and geography of the area and was super knowledgeable. He was super attentive and took awesome photos and made some delicious hot chocolate. Highly recommend this tour!! Thanks Charlie!

Our family of 7 did the Icefields tour with Lubo as our driver and guide which included Bow , Pynto and Lake Abraham. Lubo is a very knowledgeble, personable approachable person with plenty of experience in the tourism industry in multiple countries. No question is too hard to answer and with Lubo's commentry on the flora/ fauna and human history of the local area made for a very informable and interesting day. The lunch supplied and Hot chocolates were very well appreciated. I recommend Radventures very highly. Well done! Harrison family from Cairns, Australia.

Best Banff highlights with Nolan.

Nolan was incredibly friendly, prepared and so very knowledgeable about every aspect of our experience. He spotted sheep that were camouflaged and clinging to a roadside cliff, found the best spots to stop, provided cleats to make walking safer and made delicious hot chocolate. Being able to walk on a frozen lake and see methane bubbles was amazing. I’d recommend this tour to everyone.

We went on the nightwalk to the Johnston Canyon to do a bit of stargazing and waterfall watching but ended up chasing northern lights:). Our guide Charlie was super knowleagable, energetic and entusiastic. He took the group to some of his faveourite spots for northern lights watching. The group ended up significantly exceeding the alloted time - that's dedication! Higly recommended!

Excellent views, excellent guide, well worth the money!

Our guide Lubo was excellent. He was very well-versed on the area and he never stopped providing us with interesting facts as we soaked in the fantastic natural views of Banff. Whilst we were advised that animal sightings were not a guarantee, we were lucky enough to spot Bighorn Sheep, Mule Deer and Whitetail Deer all up close and personal. The size of the group during our tour was just right which made the tour feel very personal and special. Radventures also went out of their way to ensure me and my partner could go on the tour. Our original tour was cancelled due to low turnout (to be expected as we went in winter), however the team made sure to compensate us by putting us on a tour at a different time that suited us, or provide us a full refund … needless to say we are certainly glad we didn’t choose the refund!
