such an amazing tour!! Gabi was phenomenal right from pickup to drop off. She was super knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to get to know her guests, making us feel right at home and so comfortable throughout the whole tour! This tour was everything we could possibly ask for: the food was excellent, and our guide Georgia was so lovely—very friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. And the places we saw were truly stunning!! And all within very easy walking distance.

The scenery for our tour was great, but our guide made it so much better. Georgia was on top of things from the start, and very knowledgeable about the area. She was personable and patient at all times, and left us with a very positive view of the company. Thank you, Georgia.

Wonderful experience! Bee was a very kind and knowledgeable guide for our Lake Moraine and Lake Louise sunrise tour. The shuttle was on time and comfortable to travel in. My son got sick a few times on the trip and she was very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!

Not a wildlife tour, more of a sightseeing tour which I had already booked for the next day. It was sold as being a world winning wildlife tour and whilst I accept that wildlife is wild I would have expected the tour to be all about trying to find some and this it wasn't. Very disappointed. The tour guide was very knowledgable though.

Our tour guide, Nolan, created the most incredible experience for our family. He was extremely knowledgeable about topics ranging from wildlife to geology to even history. We saw breathtaking lakes, glaciers, rock formations, and wildlife. We saw a black bear grazing next to a roadside stop. I can’t praise this experience enough. We hiked to vistas that a visitor would never know about. We have never had a tour guide that was as exceptional as Nolan. Thank you Radventures for introducing us to Banff National Park and to Nolan.

Nolan was fantastic! Super knowledgeable about all things Banff National Park, in addition to sharing other experiences he’s had! Such a fun tour group and even though it was an 8 hour day with lots of driving (Icefields Parkway), so worth it! Everything was timed out perfectly!

It was my family's first time to visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake last Monday (June 29) and we were very fortunate to have Max as our tour guide. He was attentive to our needs and fondly shared his knowledge of the Banff area. He definitely made our trip to Banff memorable.

Remarkable! A can’t miss for any visitor to Banff!! Our guide Ellie was the best tour guide we’ve ever had! So knowledgeable, fun, engaging - the embodiment of Banff’s passion for nature and the outdoors! Whether it was spotting big horn sheep to explaining the stunning crystal blue waters of Lakes Louise and Moraine, she exemplified the true spirit of the Canadian Rockies, keeping us always engaged and inspired and definitely hoping for a return to Banff soon! And the tour logistics were flawless and superlative - from on time pickups, small group charm (opposed to the big bus chaos) and delicious picnic lunch! Put a stamp on this tour and send it!

Max was an amazing guide! He was very prompt for pickup, and so knowledgeable about the wildlife and the sites within the parks. He was totally prepared with water, great lunches and even umbrellas when we needed them. I totally recommend Radventures.
