Great tour with special surprises!

We had a great tour with Charlie from Radventures. We were part of a small group and saw great sites. The bikes work well, Charlie gave us handwarmers and hot chocolate to survive the cold, and even extended the tour to see a bonus site.

Me and my partner booked with Radventures a tour on Fat e-Bike and another for Johnston Canyon. Our guides were Charlie and Taylor. Both were amazing and we learned so much thanks to them. They truly go above and beyond, and they made those hours of our trip awesome. They even gave us extra time, bringing us to their favorite spots. Koodos to them and Radventures. We couldn’t have asked for more!

We went to the Johnston Canyon tour with Taylor and Fat Bike adventure with Charlie. Both were amazing guides. They went above and beyond, spending extra time to show beautiful view points. Even after the end of session, Taylor notified us when he spotted a huge herd of elks and gave us the location to check them out. And we found them!

We had the absolute best time on the Icefields Parkway and Abraham Lake tour with our guide Nolan! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole experience so fun. Every spot he took us to felt like stepping into a postcard, with absolutely stunning views. And even had some surprises in store for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more memorable day! Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Tour Guide, Charlie I had the best experience with Radventures, thanks to our incredible guide. From the moment the tour started, they were friendly, organised, and genuinely passionate about the mountains and the local history. You can tell they really love what they do. They created such a fun, relaxed vibe while still keeping everything running smoothly. Their knowledge of the area was unreal hidden viewpoints, the best photo spots, and heaps of interesting facts I never would’ve known otherwise. They always checked in with the group, made sure everyone was comfortable, and went above and beyond to make the day special. What impressed us most was how personalised the experience felt. It never felt rushed, and they took extra time to make sure we got the perfect photos and had a chance to soak in each stop properly. You could tell they genuinely cared about everyone having an unforgettable day. If you’re booking with Radventures, I highly recommend requesting Charlie. Professional, fun, and truly exceptional. Easily one of the best tour experiences we’ve ever had!

Highly recommend this tour at this time of year!

We had the best day with Charlie! He arrived on time to pick us up and told us how the day would go. The van was comfortable and nice, we had a small group on our tour so there was plenty of room. Along the whole drive Charlie offered lots of information about the local history, the mountains we saw, and interesting facts about our stops, which were all really good and each unique from the other. This tour was awesome and I highly recommend it! Thanks to Charlie for making it such a great experience, even adding in bonus stops with the extra time we had, and for talking all of our photos!!

My husband and I did a wildlife and gondola tour in Banff. We were very lucky as we were the only 2 on board! Tyler was our guide and he was great! Very friendly and full of knowledge. Thoroughly enjoyed. We saw elk, deer and big horn sheep. The gondola views were amazing. I also left my gloves on the bus and Harry drove into town the next morning to drop them off to me. So very thankful. Would highly recommend Radventure tours!!

Fabulous day out at Abraham Lake with our terrific guide Lubo. He is very knowledgeable and so helpful - a natural guide for this area. The tour was well paced with the short hike to Lake Peyto and with the highlight of course at ‘Bubble Lake’. Thank you for a wonderful day out my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Walk on Abraham Lake (bubble lake) and snowshoe Bow Lake

This trip has been the highlight of my trip to Banff. Abraham Lake is magical. To walk on an aqua lake with bubbles. I could hear the bubbles forming. Great photo opportunity. I also enjoyed snow shoeing at Bow Lake and ice shoeing at Peyto Lake whilst it was lightly snowing. The landscape is stunning. Our guide Tess was very knowledgeable and took plenty of photos for us. Lunch was delicious too and they catered to my gluten intolerance and my daughters peanut allergy. I highly recommend this tour, you won't regret it.

Epic half day with the Johnston Canyon Frozen Falls adventure. Our guide Harry was beyond awesome, really personable with loads of knowledge of the area. Managed to see quite an array of wild life as a bonus on this trip too! Kids (12yo) had an amazing day and were in awe of sites and wildlife. 10/10 recommend and will do another trip with Radventures next time we visit.

Horrible experience

I had a very frustrating experience. The company contacted me a day before the scheduled tour to tell me it was canceled and they could rebook or refund me. I chose to rebook, drove 2 hrs out of my way to do this tour after reworking my entire day and they left without me! I tried messaging and texting them 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time to figure out where the pickup was and didn’t get a response until after they had already left. Negative stars!!

Tess was the best guide we could’ve asked for! Luckily it was just our group on the tour so we were able to modify some of the experiences to tailor to our wants. Tess was super knowledgeable and friendly! As a bonus the lunch provided was quite tasty. We’d happily book again!

Had a wonderful day with Nolan, our guide. Nolan is super accompdating, patient and informative. He gave us interesting facts along the way and was always happy to answer our questions. He prioritises our safety and wellbeing and we had a great time!! Totally recommend Radventures and we will be back!!
