What a fantastic tour! The time they allowed us at each stop was perfect for us to do some hiking and sightseeing. Tess, our tour guide and driver, did an awesome job by telling us stories and answering questions about the area. Thank you, Radventures!

We had an excellent experience with Radventures. We rented the VanLife van and it was great. Relatively basic van with a comfy bed, lots of storage, that came equipped with basically everything you need to camp at the campgrounds around Banff. Really cozy home for the week. They also pick you up and drop you from the airport and were pretty flexible on times with us. Staff all super friendly. Note: definitely add on extras that don't come with the van. Propane does not come with the camping stove so for sure add that on, along with bear spray which is much cheaper through them. Also rent a kayak or SUP! It's $150 CAD for an hour at Lake Louise and with Radventures I think it was like $40 CAD/day. If you haven't been to Banff you'll definitely want a water craft to go out on all the lakes. We used our blow up kayak rental 4x and were so happy we rented through Radventures.

Kayla Caissie was a great tour guide! She never made us feel rushed. As Kayla drove from one place to the next, she continuously gave us interesting facts or information about the mountains and other sights we drove by. She went above and beyond throughout the day. Because of her thoughtfulness, we all have great pictures of our day together at Lake Louise, Lake Moraine and Marble Canyon. We couldn't have had a better tour guide! Thank you so much Kayla! I did the Best of Banff tour and had an excellent experience. Our guide Geo was highly knowledge and personable. He made the trip enjoyable. He was also sensitive to everyone's needs in the group. The office has excellent customer service if you have any questions prior to the trip. I recommend booking directly with them. The van was comfortable and clean. They have an option to purchase lunch as part of the package, which I took advantage of. The food was fresh. Tip: bring a refillable water bottle. They have water available throughout the trip but you'll need to fill your own bottle. Eco-friendly! And bring binoculars - I was sorry I forgot mine!

Banff is so beautiful (but so crowded, especially when we went). It was great to get driven around and shown lake moraine lake Louise and back roads. Our guide Tess did a great job highlighting this expansive magnificent place. I speak in hyperbole because thats all you can use to describe this place.

We did the Icefields Parkway with Tess and it was amazing! It was so interesting listening to her talk about the wildlife and glaciers/lakes. She’s very knowledgeable! We also did the Early Bird explorer with Gio. He had so many unique stories about mountain climbing and gave us some great tips on hiking trails. He was also very knowledgeable! Awesome experience with Radventures! Highly recommend.

My fiancé and I did the 8 hour tour of Lake Louise and Lake Moraine and 10/10 recommend!! Tess was our guide and she made our whole tour so much fun! Even though it was snowing and raining, Tess made sure we got a lot out of the trip and made it worth every penny! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and will be more than happy to take all the photos of you and your family. We didn’t purchase the lunch option, but I wish we had! It looked delicious and everyone else who got it was raving about it. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Radventures when you’re in Banff!

My girlfriend and I booked the early bird sunrise tour at Moraine Lake and Lake Louise on June 21st and we had an absolute blast. Gio was out guide and he was outstanding from start to finish. He picked us up at the Banff train station just a little before 4AM and was polite, conversational and friendly (which is not easy to do at 4AM I'm sure). His knowledge of the area and both lakes was outstanding and he happily answered any questions we had. The cost of the tour was well justified. We arrived early at Moraine Lake and there was one other tour company there at the same time. It was quiet and felt like our own private spot. This was our first time visiting Alberta and definitely won't be out last. We will most definitely be booking another tour with Radventures next time we come back out west! Thanks Gio for everything today!

We were two friends roaming around Banff National Park with the Radventures campervan at the end of May. We had the best time and the van had everything (cookware, bedding, seating etc.) that we needed for our 5-day roadtrip. The van was pretty easy to drive and the orientation with Harry was very thorough helping ease any nerves. The team also offers early pickup/late checkout for a fee so be sure to ask them about that. I enjoyed your van so much!! I cant believe how comfortable is the bed! And we didn’t encounter any problem when we use it. Everything that we need is in the van from cooking and from chairs and water containers! I will definitely rent it again if we are going for another adventure in Alberta😀😀 thanks so much guys! Also kudos the driver who pick us up, he is kind enough to drop us off to the mall after we drop off the van. It was raining hard and we appreciate his gesture! 👏👏👏

We had seven adults attend the Lake Louise/Lake Moraine tour and had a fantastic time. Our guide, Geo, was amazing and very knowledgeable. He pointed out something interesting during every part of our trek around Lake Louise and even the ride from Banff! Two party members got the offered lunches and were very pleased with the sandwich, fruit, and granola bar. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to take the guess work out of getting into the state parks and avoiding the chaos of parking!
