Did the Winter Wonderland tour with Simon and it was a fantastic day. Tour included the crampons which made Johnson Canyon much easier and more enjoyable, not to mention Simon's knowledge on the area! Would highly recommend this tour & company to anyone looking. Because of our experience (and being the first time in Banff area), we are already looking to come back during the summer and see the area then - and likely make an excursion with Radventures and Simon again.

We had a great time on the Banff Highlights & Wildlife tour. Ray was an excellent tour guide, she took us to multiple spots where we could see great views of the mountains, lakes, elk, and deer

Overall wonderful tour with some great Banff highlights. Michael was our tour guide and he was great- the perfect balance of knowledgable, helpful, and friendly without being over the top. I'm big on pictures and he wasn't just patient, he was enthusiastic about getting cool shots with our various cameras. Those photos came out great! The Radventures booking page offers ice skates for an additional charge. We reserved them, but once we got to the lake, it was incredibly windy and some parts of the lake were covered in snow. It did not seem safe to go ice-skating at all, so we took a loss on the skate rental. I suggest that Radventures includes this disclaimer on the booking page or includes the skates with the tour package to avoid situations like ours. Walking on the lake and seeing the ice bubbles was super cool and touring the park in the wintertime was a unique experience. Be prepared that the bathroom situation is not great because they are not cleaned very often. Most people in our group went once during the 8-hour trip. Keeping all this in mind, this tour had great service and value for the money. I would definitely recommend this excursion to those visiting Banff! ETA: turns out, skate rentals are refundable if you don’t end up skating and Radventures reached out to me to refund those. As such, I updated my review to 5 stars.

Had an absolute great time all throughout the tour thanks to Michael F! Learned so much and got to appreciate Banff even more. Appreciated how Michael checked in with all of us to make sure everything was smooth and good. He made yummy hot chocolate and gave some helpful tips for photography. Would recommend!👌

My Family and I went on the Abraham lake tour with our guide Michael F, and we had an amazing adventure! Michael is very knowledgeable about the area and showed us some great sites and suggested great photo opportunities, he skated with my kids and provided a safe and fun environment for us at Abraham lake. Also taking us to two different viewpoints of Abraham lake. We enjoyed snowshoeing with him at bow lake. I highly recommend this tour with Michael!

This had to be my favorite tour, we had so much fun. Our tour guide was Tyler and he was very knowledgeable as well as a great conversationalist. He timed everything perfectly so our group was not over run by other larger groups. Our group had a total of 3 people and it was perfect. We were able to take our time and enjoy every stop. I 100% recommend this tour if you are in Banff. Radventures communicated very well and we had a great time over all.

It was a fantastic experience. Fortunately, the weather was very good and the road conditions were nice. Our guide Rae is a very energetic and kind young lady who has answered thousands of questions about the national park areas and other things and always makes our safety a priority. The hot chocolate in the afternoon just boosts the experience! Thanks very much for taking photos for us!

We went on the Icefields Parkway & Ice Bubbles of Abraham Lake Adventure. It was an amazing day and the guide Michael was great too. Peyto Lake is stunning and the ice bubbles were an unbelievable sight.

Nolan was fantastic on our tour. He was very knowledgeable about the whole trip and was also very accommodating. He even allowed us to use one of his jackets and face coverings for extra warmth. We were even taken to other sites to see and were very happy with his recommendations.

Tour was amazing. Nolan was a very knowledgeable, energetic and caring guide who catered to our every need. The tour had a lot of driving but allowed for plenty of conversation. The picnic lunch was yummy and filling.

We had a fabulous time with Rae. She was friendly, knowledgeable and knew when to pivot when the weather wasn’t in our favour. She’s a rad photographer too! I would definitely recommend this stunning tour. We feel like we saw the best of Banff /Lake Louise in one day. Very special.

In our recent trip to banff, we took a winter full day trip and a half day trip with Radventures to Peyto lake, Abraham lake and to lower and upper Johnston canyons . It was a wonderful experience. The booking process was easy and smooth. The van provided for the tours was very comfortable. Complimentary hot drinks after the tour was a nice touch. Our guides for both days, Michael F and Tyler were wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. As such, Banff in winter is a wonderland and mesmerizing to watch....moreover, with the facts our guides shared the experience was even better and was fun.
