We were excited about seeing lake Louise and lake moraine and due to parking restrictions we signed up for your day long tour. We counted on our tour leader to teach us facts about the lakes and surrounding areas but learned little. Our leader Clem was absolutely friendly and lovely but lacked sufficient skills to guide the 8 of us. Time limits at each site were not stressed so the family of four ( part of our group) were NEVER on time and we wasted precious touring times while Clem searched for them at every stop.Very frustrating and annoying. That should be strongly mentioned at the start of every tour. Clem was very good at answering our questions and delightful chatting with her while we relaxed on a bench( during a break). But her guiding skills need some work. Still thinking if I would recommend this tour based on our experiences vs. the price of the tour.

Loved the sunset tour!
We booked the sunset tour of Lake Louise and Moraine Lake for the final evening of our vacation. What a perfect experience! The scenery was breathtaking. I’m so glad we booked an evening tour because there were no crowds and we could truly enjoy the tranquility at both locations. Our guide, B, was personable, engaging, informative and fun! She went out of her way to make everyone in our group feel comfortable. She shared tons of interesting information about the area and everyone appreciated her genuine warmth, easy going nature and sense of humor. I especially appreciated how much she engaged my children (ages 10 and 12). They were thrilled to see wildlife on the Bow Valley Parkway, especially a bear! Highly recommend this tour.

Where the Wild Things May Be
Our tour guide, Lubo, was wonderful. Full of information and interesting stories. We made stops at stunning locations while looking for wildlife. We saw a big black bear, many elk and some deer.

Gave us what we needed, and not much more
As first time visitors to Banff, this tour gave us what we needed-easy access to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. We had about two hours at each location with our guide providing a general overview of each location. Parking for the vans was in short supply, so we were dropped off at Lake Louise with a given meeting spot two hours later. Moraine Lake was busy as well but we were able to park and get a bit more direction before exploring on our own. The advantage to tours is park access, a comfortable van that someone else drives, and a bit of commonly known local history. A note about lunch, we made a last minute request to add it to our trip which may have caused the issue with it being inedible. When providing a “general” bagged lunch for strangers, a more neutral option would be more suitable. One sandwich was wet and both had a spicy mayonnaise and cheese breading that was off-putting. Bananas as the fruit option was just odd. I’d seriously skip this option entirely, pack granola and snacks that you can carry (the van is highly unluckily to be accessible after you are dropped off) and make the best of it.

A GREAT DAY WITH FLOSSIE IN THE ROCKIES
Flossie picked us up promptly at 8:30 to begin our exciting day in Yoho and parts of the Rockies near Banff. As we were the only people on on today’s tour, she tailored it to our needs We saw some great sights! When she dropped us off at our hotel we were tired but excite about this great. I would recommend Radaventures to anyone who might askDefinitely worth the the small extra expense,

What a great day out! Simply stunning!
What a wonderful day out with Aaron. Everything was well organised and went smoothly and Aaron made time for all of us to ensure that we were getting great value and time in the locations. We were lucky that the clouds lifted and although the sun remained shy, the light and the low misty clouds created a stunning scene and photographic delight. We particularly loved the intense blue colour of the lakes and we were thankful that AARON GOT US TO THE LOCATIONS BEFORE THE HOARDS DESCENDED - sorry about the caps - not intentional, but the views were definitely enhanced by not having too many people! Thank you again and for seeing a bear, coyote and deer!

Fun for the whole family. Rain or shine.
Anyone considering going on this trip should know one thing. Although the animals aren't guaranteed, you will have a great time. Our guide Jacob made the experience fun and informative. They have everything you could ask for. From umbrellas in the rain to water when you need a little extra. I honestly can't say enough about how much fun we had.

My parents and I loved our tour of the Icefields. Even when mother nature decided to rain onus and we couldn't see the Peyote Lake Nolan and Cam improvised and mad a couple other stops to make up for missing seeing the lake. We would definitely go again and recommend it to our friends and family.

We did the sunrise Moraine and Louise Lakes tour. Sebastian was our tour guide. In spite of a very rainy and cold day, we had a wonderful time! The views of the lakes were stunning. Sebastian was knowledgeable, and he even helped us look for wildlife on the way back. I highly recommend!

Sebastian was a fabulous character who introduced us to Lake Moraine and Louise on our sunrise trip today. Unfortunately the sun didn't show but Seb was full of enthusiasm and interesting facts and stories. Plus we spotted a big brown 🐻 on our journey home. Thx Claire and Pam

Better then Brewsters
Bee was just fantastic full of knowledge full of fun and just lovely. The ride up to the waterfall was a bit scary on the hairpin bend but she got a round of applause for the way she handled it. I would recommend this tour with the company. Only 6 of us so was perfect.

We had a great guide...
We had a great guide (Lugo) he was friendly Courteous great driver and had everyone involved, my biggest problem is that I spent $500 for this tour and they advertise it as a wildlife adventure but really we only drive down main roads and see the parts of Banff that everyone goes anyways. It was nothing different and a huge waste of my money, it was rainy and cloudy so we didn’t expect to see much wildlife on the tour but for what you get I would recommend saving your money and get a car to do these things. I wish I knew that before I paid for it I could have saved that money and did something nicer in Banff

It’s great to spend about...
It’s great to spend about 2 hrs each at lake Louise and lake Moraine Very little commentary about the lakes and surrounding areas. Unfortunately time limits at each site was NOT stressed so the family with us was NEVER on time. We wasted at least 1/2 hr waiting for them and I believe it was at lake Louise, the family lost their teenage so when he went to the bathroom because he didn’t feel well. So it took time ( once again) for Clem to find them. That was totally aggravating since we paid plenty for a tour we were anxious to see and learn about!! Clem was absolutely lovely but not really a tour guide- so do some research beforehand so you’ll understand the background of the lakes and mountains. The drive is about 7-8 hrs. Gorgeous scenery. Still deciding if I would recommend this tour.

Great Moraine Lake & Lake Louise Experience with Nolan & Radventures
We did a lot of research on the best way to experience Moraine Lake at sunrise & Lake Louise right after & really glad we landed on this tour from Radventures. Shout out to Nolan for being an amazing tour guide with great local knowledge & attention to detail. It's an early morning no matter how you slice it, so Nolan's energy & good vibes were much needed to get the day off to a good start. Moraine Lake at sunrise is just one of those iconic tourist destinations that you won't soon forget. It's not even about a singular sunrise moment, it's just an incredible way to start the day. There's a modest 10 mile hike/climb to the Rockpile & then there's various areas, both safe & with space, or a little higher & with little more of a crowd. Lake Louise has been the highlight of our trip thus far. A bit more accessible in that you arrive at an area where you can pretty immediately get the incredible views, then it's choose your own adventure with hikes, potentially Little or Big Behive, but if you're not looking go give up a few hours, leaving time for a beautiful canoe ride & checking out the Chateau, then consider Fairview Lookout. We hadn't noticed this, but Nolan pointed it out. It's only about 45 min & it is fairly steep, but you go up the left side of the lake upon arrival / by the canoes & you get a nice payoff of an elevated view of the lake & Chateau. Thanks again to Nolan & the Radventures team.
