We had a group of 6 and did the afternoon whale watching and snorkeling trip. We had a great time! We saw some whales, but we were in the heart of the season too. We had about an hour of snorkeling and that was fun. They gave instructions and even offered a quick class for those who had never snorkeled. They offered different floatation devices too if you wanted, but no snuba on this trip. 😔 After whale watching and snorkeling they fed us and we got drinks too. Great time and would highly recommend! The crew was really nice and knowledgeable.

Amazing experience! Crew and captain were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Ship was new and very clean. Easy access on and off the deck. They supplied quality snorkel gear, fins, wet suit jackets and noodle floaties. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. They even had warm fresh water showers to rinse off on!! Top notch style!! Food was also cooked well and presented beautifully. Drinks were yummy as well. We saw an abundance of Humpback whales, turtles and beautiful fish. Highly recommend The Pride of Maui, for Molokini and Turtle town adventure.

We booked the Pride of Maui luxury snorkel tour this week and I can say the trip certainly lived up to the name. The Captain was personable and professional sharing his knowledge of the are with us all. Took us to two spots that were very nice with calm waters for us to enjoy. The crew was also very knowledgeable and very attentive to all of our needs. We would certainly book this trip again without hesitation.

I love the whole experience. If you are a non swimmer or doing snorkeling for the 1st time. Just with this crew, period! The crew was super motivating and helpful. Glad I finally got to do the snorkeling in the pacific. Love love it . The tickets includes gears , fins and floaters and noodles (all free) . You can rent wetsuit for $10.

So off we went to snorkel in 1of 3 volcanic craters in the world (so says the captain). They offered many different sorts of flotation devices but required no one to wear anything. I thought this was going to be my favorite dive but it actually was turtle bay. On our way to the second snorkel they fed us a decent sized lunch, enough so that I took them up on the waste band floaty, and god it loved it. It actually aloud me to situate my mask more when it moved out of place and to sit on my butt while talking to my husband. We saw many turtles and way more diverse marine life this spot. On our way back we saw SOOOO many whales (more whales than we saw in the whale watch), to the point the poor captain had to stop the boat every 20 feet because we were boxed in. We may have been a few minutes late getting back due to that but it was amazing.

Captain Justin and the crew were fantastic and whatever the cost difference is between standard tour and their more limited guest tour was completely worth it. The boat was amazing, crew attentive, and having room to stretch out and walk around was fantastic!

We went out for the 5 hour snorkel tour of molokini and turtle town. The team was amazing. They gave clear instructions that even first timers could understand and were patient with those that didn’t catch on at first. During the ride to each location there was playful banter and interesting ocean facts. Boat burgers were not on my bingo card for 2026, but it’s a total vibe I can get behind! My favorite part was the respect of the aquatic life and habitat that the crew had and enforced with those who might not understand how fragile that ecosystem is and how privileged we are to get the opportunity to experience it! It was by far my favorite excursion on the island! Kudos to all!

We had the most incredible time! Snorkeling, whale watching, and amazing food & drinks, you can’t ask for much more in life! Super shout out to Karlie & the rest of the crew. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was taken care of and really made the experience perfect.

A wonderful way to experience Maui and encounter some beautiful aquatic wildlife. The burgers and Mai Tai cocktails were perfect after a morning of snorkeling. Don’t miss this tour — the staff was amazing !

Our group had a wonderful time on Thursday, February 12th. The crew was very professional and wanted everyone to enjoy the outing. Food and drinks were satisfying. I would do this again if I ever return to Maui.

We had a wonderful snorkeling experience with Pride of Maui. Highlight of my vacation! The crew were truly incredible, making us so comfortable on our first snorkeling adventure. The food was amazing & drinks too! We saw a lot of whales making the day all the more special. Thank you Pride of Maui for a truly unforgettable experience!!

Booked the Sunset boat ride through Viator for a 5pm departure. We took an Uber from our hotel in Wailea at 3:45pm to get there by 4:30pm. Traffic was jam packed due to an accident or something, I tried to call the provider while on the road around 4 to let them know that we would arrive a couple of minutes after 5 due to the traffic but no way to reach anyone, no answer to phone calls and no reply through email. So I contacted Viator to see if they could contact them and they also could not. So we finally arive to the dock at exactly 5:03pm and the boat had left already. So we take another Uber back to our hotel and I call Pride of Maui the next morning to explain and hopefully get a reschedule for The next boat trip 2 days later. Lady that picks up just says they will call me back to let me know what can be done. Never received a call back. I call Viator to see if they can get me rescheduled and they try but the company said no to a reschedule and also no to a refund. So Im out $316 as well as $70 in Uber costs with nothing to show for it. No customer service whatsoever from Pride of Maui or Viator. Think twice before booking with either because they can care less.

Absolutely amazing crew and boat!! The boat was newer and very clean, as well as comfortable to ride on. It was totally worth the little bit of extra money to be on a boat that wasn’t over crowded. There was plenty to eat and plenty of great snorkeling time. My wife and I have been on plenty of snorkeling tours and this was easily the best one we’ve ever been on. Mahalo to the crew and company for making this an unforgettable experience!!! 🙏

Pride of Maui Elua was exploration of Molokini, snorkeling, whale watching in style. Not crowed. Open bar. Clean. Good food. Exceptional crew and Captain Justin has a great play list and sense of humor. Be good to your self and book Elua

We did the Sunset Dinner cruise on the Pride of Maui. We enjoyed our trip. Fabulous and very attentive staff. The food was decent. The best part was seeing lots of whales! Definitely a bonus!

Great boating experience! Staff is super friendly and provided tons of education about the whales and area. Even put a microphone in the water so we could hear whale songs! Food was pretty good too, very nice trip :)
