Awesome experience. Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and willing to answer all your questions. Lots of walking through the different looks and perspectives of the Polynesian islands. Wear comfortable shoes. My visit was in July so it was hot and humid. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Lots of eateries and places to shop along the walk. The shows and activities of the islands were amazing. Attended the incredible night show. The fire dance at the end was everything. Restrooms are clean and maintained throughout the day. Visited on a Wednesday which has a cheaper rate. It was an all-day thing for us. Plenty of parking. The canoe ride was free. FYI...No No alcohol allowed or served anywhere on the grounds.

We needed to go for just one hour and a half, this place wanted cash for over $350 for 3 adults and a young child. That will be a no. Why cash? Who brings that much in cash?

Did the tour with my family it was amazing. We had the pleasure of having Melia, I believe was her name, as our tour guide. She made the whole experience amazing and was very engaging. She made it feel as if it were a friend showing us around rather than a regular tour guide. She explained any questions we had as if she's knew the answers her whole life. For the buffet we had Mariel as our server and she was very quick with anything we needed and very helpful as well. The show at night topped it off, highly recommend to see it. Very fun experience and would for sure come back in the near future.
