Came here on a Tuesday afternoon with my family (including 2 little kids). We initially had purchased the Gateway Buffet package more in advance which gave us a discount. It included a free 3-day pass, self-guided experience through the 6 island villages, dinner, and admission to the “HA: Breath of Life” evening show. On our way to the center, we upgraded our dinner to the luau (spoke to an agent over the phone) for ~$50 USD more per head. The parking area is huge so there’s no issues there. There were plenty of activities and things to see. We did a boat ride, got temporary tattoos, and watched presentations in different villages including coconut tree climbing and fire dancing. We learned a lot about the Polynesian islands and their cultures. The gift shops are nice and have a variety of cool items. There’s lots of little snack stands within the villages but there’s also lots of food places in the Hukilau Marketplace. We spent about 2 hours exploring, but it’s definitely not enough. I wish we had gone in much earlier because you could really spend all day exploring here. The luau was fun and entertaining. There were performances throughout and the food was delicious! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our server checked on us often and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave my sister a cupcake for her birthday. He also told us not to rush as we were the last group still seated once the performances ended due to the kids still needing to finish dinner. The “HA: Breath of Life” show was fantastic! It takes place after dinner and it’s between 1 to 1.5 hours long. No phone usage of any kind is allowed during the show and there are staff that monitor. We had great seats near the front but any seat looked like it had a good view. The story was fascinating and the acts were very cool. Even the little kids were amazed and watched the whole time! Overall, we had a wonderful experience. My only regret is not spending enough time here. This was one of my favorite places to visit during my Hawaii trip. Would love to come back next time!

The ticket allow you to go back for additional three more days. The center has so much to see that we had to go back one more day to cover the rest. The shows that is based on which island of Polynesia are all exceptional, both entertaining and educational. I learned so much about the different Islands. If you got the ticket that cover the evening luau feast, the food is just exceptional plus a superb dinner show while you eat. It's just awesome. Recommend to anyone.

PCC was the best part of our trip!! Everyone was so friendly and made our visit so special. I have to mention that almost all of the employees at PCC are students from Brigham Young University-Hawaii (BYU). And the donations/money you pay for your tickets goes to the student's scholarships and tuition fees, and they all graduate debt free. That's big help right there! Make sure to be there at the time the gate opens so you have enough time to tour all 6 islands without rushing before the Luau starts. HA Breath of Life is a separate show and takes place in a theater after the Luau is done. There is also a lot of shops and cafes to shop on while waiting for the shows. The drive to Laie is more than an hour away from Waikiki but the views during the drive are so beautiful! I would definitely recommend to try atleast once if you're on the island. Special mention to our tour guide Pinati, and our Luau server Dave Michael N., and all the Filipinos working there! You guys are the best!! PARKING: There is a huge free parking lot enough for thousands of people, be there early if you want to park close to the entrance.

Islands of Polynesia had more of a ‘theme park’ feel but was quite informative. Hourly shows were entertaining. Dinner buffet had a huge range to choose from and very good allergen info (for those with food allergies). Ha Breath of Life show was very good and professional, best part of the visit 👍🏼

This was my first real exposure to Polynesian culture, and it was great! The atmosphere in the Luau was great! The show at The Pacific Theatre was incredible. If there was anything that was not perfect was the food. Some of it was great, other choices just didn't quite meet expectations. The shops were a bit pricey but all the people were friendly and warm. I heard people raving about the Gateway buffet. That was pricey at $145 dollars a person.

The buffet is a must try! The pork was unfortunately dry.. but there are so many other positives (too bad I don’t have pictures of food, other than the piña colada). The ahi and octupus were spot on. Not to mention the desserts, their ice cream, their crème brûlée, and other cakes were very very good!

建議參觀時間從從中午12:30開園到晚上秀20:45結束,深度探索波里尼西亞在太平洋六地區的遷徙範圍及文化。

I've been to Oahu many times but have never visited the PCC until now and WOW! What a truly incredible experience!! You honestly could use 2-3 full days here because there is SO much to see and do! My favorite was the New Zealand area!

Always a great time and a fun way to be immersed in Poly culture. Bring your own snacks if you have kids. Support local restaurants and food trucks in front. Our kids loved all the hands on activities the most. Highly recommend and must visit!🤙🏽
