I visited this place exactly 22 years ago & it made such a lasting impression on me I just had to share the experience with my husband & kids. We all had a fantastic day! I feel like this is a must when visiting the island. Note: DO NOT MISS THEIR SHOW!! We went to the Ha Breath of Life show & it's one of the most underrated amazing shows we've ever experienced! Phenomenal! Plenty of places to eat right outside of the center.

It was fantastic! Definitely worth trying at least once. The Breath of Life show was honestly one of the coolest things I've ever seen. They put their heart and soul into this place and it comes to life! You'll be smiling the whole time. ❤️

We opted for the middle tier package with guided tour, lua, and show after. The guided tour was great because Tinn our guide made sure we arrived at each country island at the right time to enjoy the shows. She was very kind and guinely herself! This is a non profit organization and each purchase of ticket helps the students afford tuition at the local school. The performers and employees truly showed their commitment and passion for their heritage in every aspect. I am truly still in awe at the shows and center itself. The grounds are extremely well taken care of, clean amenities, and tons of staff! Our favorite island was hard to choose but we’d have to say Aotearoa (New Zealand) because their show was so interactive and the students shared their family line and what their major was at the local school. The dancing and games they played during the show were the most animated and you can distinguish them later on in the night show by their facial expressions alone. You’ll know what I mean when you go ❤️ I also liked Kapps comedy/fire show in Samoa - he’s a character lol!! And the bark stretching in Tonga. The woman was very kind and informative! The Lua MC was amazing she very impressive with the way she included the audience and remembered the special anniversaries. The food was pretty good too. The pina coladas served were delicious! There was an informative show about the last queen that ai enjoyed the history and the way they include the children and Aloha. Lastly, the night show was beyond fantastic. Hundreds of performers who truly look like worldwide professionals that belong on broadway. The interactive story of Ka was unbelievably beautiful from the story line message, performers, costumes, music etc. No detail was missed. Overall I would pick this place in a heart beat to go to. Not only does your dollar go towards a great cause but everything you get there is a top notch experience. Book the tickets! It’s worth it! We did not do the transportation package because we had a rental car. Parking is free, and you don’t have to be up as early and can leave right after the show if you want. We beat a lot of the traffic this way it seemed. Scenic route on the way there! We even stopped at a bay area look out before getting there. Worth it for us to drive on our own. Good luck to all you students and families working there!

One of the best experiences of our entire trip to Oahu. Worth spending the entire day exploring the different cultures and villages. The inspired performances provide a fun environment to gain knowledge of the Polynesian islands.

Wonderful experience all around! Sefo was the BEST guide. Highly recommended when visiting to get to know the culture and history of the islands.

Great place. Very wheelchair friendly, all paved paths and ramps into buildings where needed. However, there is lots of ground to cover and some of the bridge ramps are quite steep. I'd recommend a power assist device,or someone to help push in those spots.

This was the best Luau that I have been to in Oahu. The food was amazing and the Virgin Pina Colada was super yummy! The fire show was so impressive that my 3 year old and my family were so engaged the whole time. I highly recommend coming here for a whole day experience.

Thought I would post while the memory is still fresh in my mind. My Wife and I are from Texas and this is our second time to visit the island to give an idea of our time here. We traveled the island mainly by tours (buses) the first time and rented a car the second so we were able to travel freely. If you are a visitor like us and want to know more about the islands and their people, I highly recommend visiting this Cultural Center. I Love how the young people from the different islands have learned and are sharing their specific island cultures. For me, many island cultural differences were explained and clarified through the center. My recommendation is to come early so you can visit every island location and get the full details they offer. Also, be sure to grab a map with schedules to catch the performances. It is a full day experience so if you really want to benefit from the visit, plan for it. At the end of the day (7pm) they have a great show which tells a story and involves singing dancing and cultural dress from each of the islands. Hope you can make it. Aloha!

Great exhibit on the Triangle Islands. The shops were great and an unexpected twist is that it is owned by the Mormon Church of Hawaii. A majority of the proceeds go the fund BY Hawaii student's education.
