Best Pisco shots and Sunset in the Desert experience!

Roberto and Moi were great! Amazing days for all the group. From Lima to Paracas and Huacacina and back to Lima. All covered and longest experience at the sunset with Pisco, sand buggy and sand board. Both Roberto and Moi are extremely fun and great company!

Just fine

I regretted having booked this. The tour itself is fine, it does what it says on the tin- you'll go on the boat, see some sea lions, go to Huacachina and do the Nazca flight. You'll also spend a lot of time sat on a bus. For me, if you're desperate to do these activities specifically, and you're strapped for time, this is a good option, but it is very much just ticking things off rather than fully experiencing anything. Some of it is quite disorganised- I messaged my guide the morning of my pickup to say the hotel entrance wasn't obvious so he'd need to call me when the bus arrived, he said no worries they'd find me, and then half an hour later I messaged and he said the bus couldn't find me so they left! Nobody tried to call at all even though I'd asked them to, and given I had already messaged the guide, they knew I was somewhere waiting to be picked up and could have contacted me, instead they decided to just leave without me. They had to send a taxi to bring me to the bus, so it did get sorted but it wasn't really acceptable that it happened in the first place on the basis that I had communicated the situation beforehand. A lot of it felt rushed too, I didn't really feel like I ever had a minute to just chill out. Overall it was fine, but if you have time and energy to do these things for yourself, I think that'd be a better option than going for this organised tour, or use the night buses rather than travelling for large parts of the day and then only getting a short period in the destination. The drop-off isn't at your hotel, it's near your hotel. So if you're travelling alone and female, like me, might be worth knowing that too.

A once in a lifetime adventure

This was a great tour where we got to see a lot of things in the mist efficient way! The guides were helpful and Niall’s in particular made sure she found a way to accommodate us!

Muy buena experiencia!

Muy buena experiencia, mi parte favorita fue huacachina, las actividades en el atardecer, muy divertido! Islas ballestas también fue interesante, un poco mareada con la lancha. Mis guías Alvaro y Juancho fueron muy atentos y simpáticos conmigo, me hicieron sentir cómoda y tranquila. El servicio de traslado hasta el hotel y todas las actividades fue clave para mi ya que al viajar sola valoraba mi seguridad al momento de elegir el tour.

No repetiría Nasca.

El viaje desde Lima hasta Huacachina estuvo muy bien planificado y una experiencia que es 100% recomendable (desierto Huacachina, islas ballestas) Sin embargo, la excursión a Nasca careció de organización. Nos recogieron a las 06:50 y fuimos en autobús hasta Nasca. El guía fue muy atento y amable, pero el verdadero problema comenzó con la falta de planificación. Nuestro vuelo para sobrevolar las líneas de Nasca estaba programado a las 11:00, pero no pudimos hacerlo hasta las 13:30. Durante ese tiempo no tuvimos ninguna actividad alternativa, lo que convirtió la mañana en un tiempo completamente perdido. La agencia no ofreció opciones adicionales ni previó visitas a otros lugares para aprovechar esas horas muertas. Finalmente, hicimos una visita ligera que nos cobraron 60 soles por persona. Más tarde descubrimos que, preguntando directamente en una agencia de tours, el mismo recorrido costaba 40 soles con un guía privado y un coche, además de incluir más excursiones. Sentimos que nos vimos obligados a aceptar esa opción solo para no desperdiciar aún más el día. No recomiendo la excursión a Nazca porque es un día desperdiciado para 15 minutos que tardas volando.

NO LO RECOMIENDO

Desde lima a huacachina todo muy bien, las excursiones de paracas, ballestas y los buggies merecen la pena y Diego lo hizo muy bien. La parte horrible viene el día del vuelo de Nazca. Nos vamos a las 7 a.m y sobre las 10 estamos en el mirador de la lineas, hasta ahí bien. Nos llevan a una cafetería y nos dicen que no iremos al aeropuerto hasta las 11.30h y allí en nazca no hay nada para hacer. Preguntamos a varias agencias de la calle para ver un tour en ese tiempo muerto pero no había posibilidad de cuadrarlo por falta de tiempo porque en una hora era muy justo. Veíamos los acueductos y paredón por 40 soles por persona. Volvemos a las 11.30 a la cafetería y la guía nos dice que se retrasa 1 hora más. Le pregunto si no hay alguna actividad para hacer porque los tours que vimos no pudimos Hacerlo por falta de tiempo y me dice que quizás podamos sumarnos al tour que sale ahora a los acueductos. Decidimos hacerlo para no estar de nuevo otra hora sin hacer nada. El tour fue una basura autentica. No duró ni una hora!!!! Nos cobraron 60 soles por persona por llevarnos allí, dieron una breve explicación, nos hicimos dos fotos y nos fuimos. Tiramos el dinero a la basura. Me siento realmente estafada. Llegamos al vuelo de las lineas y bien porque allí fue rápido. Luego después de eso, otra vez al centro de Nazca a recoger a más personas perdiendo el tiempo. Volvemos de nuevo a huacachina con el conductor que todo el tiempo llevaba musica de salsa y reguetón altísima y no podiamos ni relajarnos para dormir. Otra parada para recoger gente y más de 4h y media de regreso. Nuestra guía guía Nilca fue muy paciente y estupenda pero no volvería a coger el tour. Me parece que está mal organizado aprovechándose del turista y quieren coger demasiada gente sin optimizar los tiempos, solo pensando en ganar dinero y no en la experiencia del turista. NO SE LO RECOMENDARÉ A NADIE.

Out of this world!

We liked the tour and our guides Jean Pierre and Nilka. First two days were awesome. But on the third day the waiting time for the Nasca flight was too long. Amd this day of our 3 day tour was mostly on the road.

Danke für die problemlose Abwicklung aller Abholung + Drop offs. Es hat mir eine Menge Zeit und Stress gespart, weil ich nicht jede Station selbst buchen und organisieren musste. Für mich (165cm waren die Busse bequem und ich hatte genug Platz, oft sogar zwei Sitze für mich. Danke auch an meine Guides:) ich würde mit jedem von euch wieder losziehen;) Ana, José- Carlos, Luis, JC, Juan Carlos.

Excellent ---Kudos to Raul, our drivers & Peru Hop!!!

My husband & I are first-timers in Peru and we are enthralled & captivated! On top of the series of amazing places in Paracas & Huacachina & people we met, are our excellent guide RAUL & our drivers that made our experience to a different level! Raul is very knowledgeable & did an excellent job getting events organized, keeping everyone in the loop of clear & necessary informations about the next stop/tour verbally & thru Whatsapp. He's also very patient & accomodating to new people in our group & addressing our questions or concerns. He connects to his group, stays close by & knows our names. He makes sure everyone in the group is OK. Our group had a lot of fun during our golden shadow trek, we were all mesmerized with the Paracas peninsula, the sunset is beautiful!--it was all worth it (we almost didn't book this one, we're glad we did!) Our guide during the trek is Mickey, he's a lot of fun & very knowledgeable. Our driver in dune baggy who also instructed /assisted us in sand boarding in Huacachina is the best! ( We regret we only booked a short trip, we'll book a longer trip with Peru Hop when we come back with our kids :-) Angela took over a part of our group boarding bak to Lima at the end of the 2nd day-- Raul made sure everyone is boarded in the bus. We noted good coordination & support among guides which made us even more confident with Peru Hop. Kudos to Raul, our drivers & Angela for always going above & beyond of what they do! More power to Peru Hop! Peru Hop is a MUST if you want an organized, safe & reliable tour at reasonable price! --- just board the bus (they pick you up from your hotel/drop you off to your hotel), have an excellent guide & enjoy all tours with the group! Awesome Guides and Drivers

We stayed on the Peru Hop Bus in September 2025 between Cusco and Lima including a stay on Isla del Sol on the Lake Titicaca. Our experience with Peru Hop was very positive. Our Guide, Elmer, did an wonderful job und helped us through all our questions and needs. He gave us so many interesting facts about our different destinations and made sure that we felt always safe and looked after. The reservations within the Peru Hop App was perfect, we could even reserve front row seats all the time due to our VIP-status. We enjoyed many organised trips at the different stops and were happy that we didn't have to book all by ourselfs. The Guides and even the Drivers were always welcoming. We would definitely recommend Peru Hop, to everyone who is interested in seeing the country and doesn't mind long bus drives. Thanks for everything!
