The place was mostly clean and my three year old daughter had fun but there are barely any items that she could interact with, as most everything is secured in place. What upset me is that we drove for 2 hours for her to meet Peppa Pig and the staff members had absolutely no idea if or when Peppa would make a showing. We really felt taken advantage of by misleading advertising. Despite going on a week day we went during spring break. One would think they would least know Peppa's schedule for Spring break. Be wary.

It’s scammers they charge me and my wife to just enter and it’s nothing for adults we have to sit 2 hours just to watch kids jump in same area and the have only one cricketer it’s pappa they don’t bring anything thing new it’s been a year I bring my daughter here same thing no thing new and they take advantage of of family cuz they know you gana bring your kids here and the toys it’s every where it’s half price then this place scammers

We visited here for a birthday party. It's a fun place for kids ranging from 2 to 5 or 6 years. Indoor play area and very colorful. There is a counter to buy cheese pizza, juice boxes, chicken nuggets, etc. The staff was very friendly. What I wasn't happy to see was the shortage of staff. It's clearly a popular place to bring your kids, but the hosts at the party were running the entire show with no help. The hosts had booked a room for the party, but the staff wasn't available to check if anybody needed anything or any help. The cake cutter had to be shared by 2 families. I'm not at all saying that someone has to be available all the time but the birthday parties I've seen, the staff of that location would be around to help serve cake or juice boxes or to see if the hosts needed any help. There was no clear communication about when Peppa Pig was coming for a meet and greet with the kids at the party. With this kind of service, I won't be surprised if the hosts don't recommend this place to their friends for future parties. I wouldnt.

My granddaughter didn’t get to have a visit. Shame on YOU!!!! To deny a special needs child. I gave you one star because at least she got a picture with peppa pig. We had to settle for a coloring book and many explanations. Again, SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!!!

My 3YO was in hog heaven at Peppa Pig World of Play. We spent about 3 hours in here. She loved all the equipment, the muddy puddles, and even saw Peppa herself very briefly. Hit the gift shop on the way out.

Took my 2yr old son & wow he loved it so much he did not want to leave. His baby sister loved watches the kids run around & i was able to place her on the matts to crawl/have tummy time. This is a place i'd take him 2x a month.

I paid $50 for 2 kids ( a 7 yr old, a one year old, plus myself) and we were only allowed two hours of play. I will never come back here again. Peppa Pig World of Play is outrageously expensive. We visited a play café, not far from here and paid only $18 total for 3 of us, and we were allowed to stay for as long as we wanted. We will stick to play cafés, which have more climbers and play materials for 3 times less the cost of Peppa Pig World of Play. It is surprising how dirty this place is, seeing as though the cost of admission is so high.

4 stars because of pricing and menu options. I brought my tickets online. They scanned it, gave wrist bands and peppa ears. Then we entered. The food truck menu was not what i was expecting. However, my toddler loved this place and said she wants to return everyday 😂. She saw peppa and did not care to take a picture with her because she wanted to go to Rebecca rabbit house😒. The experience for the child was awesome. Next is the theme park!

Overall, our daughter had a great time. My main complaint would be that there was literally no sanitizer in any of the dispensers and no soap in the bathroom.
