My daughter is a huge Peppa Pig fan and this play world was perfect for her. She is 2.5 years old and had a blast running around and climbing. A lot of things are secured down, so there’s not a lot of loose pieces to play with, but I think there was still enough to do! Would’ve been 5 stars, but Peppa did not come out for a meet and greet which was a bit of a bummer. I had called the day before to get an expected time for the next day which they gave me *possible* times but at least let me know it wasn’t guaranteed so we knew the meet and greet might not happen.

Won't let you bring your child of they're older than eight. Even if they're autistic and adore Peppa Pig so, so much. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Won't ever bring my children here as both my boys are on the spectrum and love Peppa. Change your policies to include children of all ages as they may have developmental delays. SHAME ON YOU FOR DENYING CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS!

Great experience here at the Peppa Pig World of Play Chicago. When visiting Chicago, we had to make the trek to Woodfield Mall to visit Peppa Pig World of Play for our Peppa-Pig loving 5 year-old. We were able to get tickets via the AAA discounted website for $15 for children and $6 for adults. We arrived at around 10:30am on a Tuesday morning and the place was practically empty. After scanning our tickets and getting our wrist bands, we proceeded to the play area. The play area contains multiple areas themed with different characters such as Rebecca Rabbit's Burrow, Grandpa Pig's Garden, Peppa Pig's House, Madam Gazelle's Bus, Duck Pond, and Dinosaur Dig. The interactive Muddy Puddle jumping screen was pretty cool. There is a small snack shop as well as some tables and seating nearby. The bathroom was clean at the time of our visit. While there were some stained/dirty carpet throughout the space...the rest of the space was in good condition. The staff members we encountered were welcoming and friendly. The store is a bit pricey...but what attraction-based souvenir shop isn't! While we had a great time...I can only imagine how chaotic this space would be during peak weekend times...choose your time accordingly to avoid the crowds if possible.

The bathrooms are consistently in peril and they should be top priority along with security. Please add a cut out on the box in the kitchen where kids are supposed to grab the small wood cutouts of also. Adult hands get stuck when trying to retrieve.

This place is DIRTY. Holy cow. Everything needs to be scrubbed, re-painted, carpets are absolutely disgusting. The toilets don't work with the auto flushers, they were out of toilet paper for the entire hour and a half we were there (and we were the third family to report it). Absolutely gross. Do not recommend.

We visited here for a birthday party. It's a fun place for kids ranging from 2 to 5 or 6 years. Indoor play area and very colorful. There is a counter to buy cheese pizza, juice boxes, chicken nuggets, etc. The staff was very friendly. What I wasn't happy to see was the shortage of staff. It's clearly a popular place to bring your kids, but the hosts at the party were running the entire show with no help. The hosts had booked a room for the party, but the staff wasn't available to check if anybody needed anything or any help. The cake cutter had to be shared by 2 families. I'm not at all saying that someone has to be available all the time but the birthday parties I've seen, the staff of that location would be around to help serve cake or juice boxes or to see if the hosts needed any help. There was no clear communication about when Peppa Pig was coming for a meet and greet with the kids at the party. With this kind of service, I won't be surprised if the hosts don't recommend this place to their friends for future parties. I wouldnt.
