Bad service and they will terrorize you if you bring food for kids to snack because of course they want you to buy food from them and spend outrages amount of money for worthless snack not counting ridiculous amount for tickets itself. The place is so dirty, people walking with shoes spreading germs, everything is outdated. My suggestion to upgrade place and provide socks to everyone so its nice and neat.

My 4-year-old had an absolute blast! 🎉 The setup was beautiful, there were so many fun activities to keep little ones engaged, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Highly, highly recommended! 😊

My daughter absolutely loved this place and had a blast. She’s three years old so she didn’t notice the dirty tables along with the overflowing trash in the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and so was the floor by the snack area. They never cleaned the tables or swept for the 3 hours we were there and not for a lack of staff because lots of employees were wandering around. Please do better as we would love to come back soon!

For 39$ they should let my child play all the time he wants , it's not worth the time , and the floors are super dirty eveyone should take their shoes off just just kids ! Clean your floors and clean the kids playing ground.

I stopped by this place today. Didn't get in. I gave my credit card, then the receptionist said I need your phone number. I told her it's private but I can give you my home phone. She said, but what if your child gets lost. I said, I will be right there with my child as he is 4 years old. An older employee barged in rudely and said, I could not get in since my phone number is necessary if my child gets lost. What is happening here. This place with such policy gives me the chills. Has some tragedy happened there? I'm perplexed.

Of course this place is fun for little Peppa lovers but this place is FILTHY! The muddy puddles section wasn’t working (1/3/26), nothing has been updated in the 2 years that we’ve visited and you can clearly tell nothing is wiped down/sanitized/dusted. The carpets are absolutely filthy and visually you can see the dirt along the edges/corners. My husband (who normally isn’t bothered by public bathrooms) said it was disgusting with pubes/hair on the men’s bathroom floor. Ew! We didn’t look at the girls bathroom! Out of the 4 times we’ve visited (my daughter loves everything Peppa), we only met Mommy Pig once. Save your money and go somewhere like kids empire where they’re always cleaning and workers are walking around cleaning/watching. I made sure to also write a review at the kiosk by the Peppa Cafe!

A decent place to take our granddaughter for running around. But to charge an extra $10 per adult come on. It is $25 for a two year old and $10 for each of us. Not enough value to come more than once

El aire acondicionado adentro es tan frío que necesitas llevar un suéter o sudadera para tolerarlo. El parque es pequeño, para estar un par de horas máximo. No es lo mismo que "Peppa pig theme park".
