I got bite by something on my ear when I was there. Little black thing, my ear got swollen and hot to the touch, carpet was disgusting as well. At least the employees were nice

My 3.5 year old loves it here! It’s clean and well maintained. Kids can easily explore everything and it’s not too big so you can sit in one spot and generally know where they’re at. Exit doors are heavy and they have wristbands to keep kids connected to you. They have Peppa come out for a meet and greet as well. Also you can use your admission towards a membership

Attended for the first time over the weekend. Place is DIRTY. You could literally see the dirt on the floor. A lot of their mats were broken. The bathroom was disgusting with trash everywhere. It’s overpriced, even adult have to pay for their admission. The least I expect is cleanliness. I bet they don’t even disinfect the equipment/ toys. Would never return.

For 39$ they should let my child play all the time he wants , it's not worth the time , and the floors are super dirty eveyone should take their shoes off just just kids ! Clean your floors and clean the kids playing ground.
Bad service and they will terrorize you if you bring food for kids to snack because of course they want you to buy food from them and spend outrages amount of money for worthless snack not counting ridiculous amount for tickets itself. The place is so dirty, people walking with shoes spreading germs, everything is outdated. My suggestion to upgrade place and provide socks to everyone so its nice and neat.
This is worth every minute of play time. Lots for a kid to do. $40 for 2 hours of fun. Kids can run, jump, swing . There's even a camper that sold food if your kid gets hungry. Great place for kids play. Friendly staff. Clean place. The only thing I would suggest is more seating for adults, coat hooks to hang coats. Other than that ,this was huge win for our birthday boy 🏆!!
A lot of fun for the kids, essentially an indoor playground.
My 4-year-old had an absolute blast! 🎉 The setup was beautiful, there were so many fun activities to keep little ones engaged, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Highly, highly recommended! 😊
Think more for younger kids
Cute concept and a fun idea for kids, but our experience was just okay. Some areas were broken or felt dirty, it was very crowded (we went on a Sunday), and the staff could have been friendlier. For the price, especially with adults needing tickets too, I’m not sure it was worth it or that we would return.
