We visited for the first time with my toddler boy and he had so much fun! However it needs overall updates and serious deep cleaning. I saw buildup dusts, stains on muddy puddle area and many things have worn out.

Retail issue: They mess up priced items and would not honor those prices they labeled them as. Three dudes just sitting in there ignoring customers. Waited a good thirty seconds before they acknowledged us.

This place is so dirty. It looks like it's never been cleaned and smells. The carpets are all stained and dirty. Can visually see dirt and hair in the corners and by the walls. Bathrooms are disgusting. For a kids play area they need to up their cleaning and sanitizing significantly. Needless to say I threw all our socks our when I got home. Recommended age would probably be 5 and under. Gift store is nice.

Zero stars if I could. Drove all the way from Naperville and was turned away.
My daughter loved it here, as Peppa Pig is one of her favorite cartoons. Lots of different activities and great aesthetic. We would’ve preferred if they had actual lockers since we had to hold on to our winter jackets the whole time, and more seating for parents by each play area would’ve been nice. I’m giving five stars because Amelia was really helpful and has great people skills. Thank you Amelia.
Peppa pig World was cool. The only downsides was that the adults have to pay for entry, also. That is a little unreasonable considering the experience is not for the adults. Also, I paid $3 for a bottle of water, $20 for snacks. Outrageous.
