We had fun here and the place was probably great when it was first built. Now, most of the interactive buttons are broken, the muddy puddle area is stained and gross and some of the toys have been duct taped. It really needs some maintenance! Make sure you have socks with grippers for the kids, they no longer sell them.

We were overcharged for the tickets. Also, we took pictures at Peppa but was never given the barcode to scan so now we do not have the pictures. Very frustrating experience.

This place is basically a torture chamber for parents. No water fountain, no water, no outside food, boring, expensive as hell, $23 for kids and $10 for parents to sit around. Won't allow you to leave and reenter. Spent $153 for 5 kids and 3 adults and cant leave to get food at the food court 15 steps away. Kids empire and lava island are nearby and much better, cheaper options After searching for 30 minutes, found a water fountain. Staff still refused to give cups of water for some reason. Also, a ticket only gets you 1-2 hours of time. Which is fine because you get released from the torture sooner, but still for the money it should obviousdly be unlimited play
Was not allowed to order hot food only get two hours with all the running around we had to leave early so the kids could eat something wasted 150 dollars I would not recommend!!!!!!

At first, I was a little worried about the price for tickets. I saw they were 40% off though. They do have adults pay too. Anyone over the age of 1 needs to buy a ticket. We purchased the annual passed and when we did it had us put in our names and birthdays along with a photo for each person. We did come on a busy Saturday as well. We paid $160 for 4 people for a full year which isn't too bad. When it is cold or rainy we can come here and when it is nice we go to the zoo. When we arrived it said they were no longer taking tickets for guests as they were full. I got worried for a moment but we walked up and they scanned and let us in. I didn't realize how massive the place was until we walked in. It was so big and there was so much to do. They especially loved the yellow slide. While we were there, peppa came out too. Just be aware: they do not allow outside food or drinks. They have a small cafe with fair prices inside. I wanted to take a photo but my daughter was running around so that was important. They don't really want strollers inside but there is a spot to park it in the entrance area. They also request kids take shoes off and parents while in certain areas. Just an FYI my kids kept shoes on bc we asked permission. They have braces and need to wear shoes and they said that was totally fine. Overall, this place is awesome and worth it.

Honestly we had an amazing experience. Our kids are almost 2 and 4 and they had so much fun. Our almost 4 year old could go on everything!!

Very disappointing experience at the Peppa Pig play area in Woodfield Mall. They charge adults $11 each, which feels like a very unethical business practice. Adults are not there to play. We are simply supervising our kids, yet we are still required to pay admission just to stand and watch. On top of that, they do not allow outside food, essentially forcing families to buy their overpriced and unhealthy food options. Then they also add an extra 5% admission fee, which makes the whole experience feel even more like a cash grab. This was our first time here and definitely the last. By the time you pay for entry and food, bringing kids here easily costs $150 for about two hours. That is completely unreasonable for what you get. There are far better and more family-friendly places around that do not nickel-and-dime parents like this. I will not be coming back.

My daughter got bored after 30 minutes because she gets scared of slides. I thought there would be a lot more to do for the amount I paid. Disappointed is an understatement.

We witnessed a complete disgrace here today and were shocked by the management's lack of action. There was a couple engaging in extremely inappropriate, borderline harassment-level physical contact right in front of children. They were openly kissing in the back room and continued their behavior at the dining table, where the man was grabbing the woman's waist and lifting her chest. The 'man' was sniffing and kissing the woman everywhere constantly, as if he were seeing a woman for the first time in his life. Because of these explicit and inappropriate scenes, I was forced to take my children out of the room immediately. I was constantly anxious, trying to make sure my children didn't go near them or witness any more of this behavior. If you want to have sex, do it in your own home! This is a children's play area; no one has the right to act so immorally in front of kids. You can verify these events by reviewing your security camera footage. Furthermore, I have captured some of these moments myself and can provide the images to you so you can fully grasp the severity of the situation. Despite reporting the situation to the staff, they just wandered around and did absolutely nothing. Isn't it your responsibility to protect the moral and safe environment for these children? I am sorry for being so explicit, but I had to write this so you could fully understand the severity of the situation. We will be coming back here again; I hope that next time you will take the necessary precautions against such immoral behavior. Date: March 1st Time: 2 PM
