Many thanks again to Carol from reservations, Guy the driver (what a guy), our pilot Kristina and those on the front desk. They saved our day and gave us a day to remember forever! Their customer service outshone their competitors Maverick. The sunset tour was incredible and offered magnificent views as far as the eye can see. THANK YOU ALL!!!!

Horrible experience. Was in Las Vegas for my 5th anniversary. After pre paying over $1,000 and confirming the day before, some super rude woman called stating due to weight balance of the helicopter the tour was cancelled. THIS WAS ONLY 60 minutes before we were supposed to leave! She refused to say sorry. It's obviously because the didn't see all the tickets. Having to pre pay like this and then getting it cancelled is a joke. Offered a tour a week later, HELLO we are on vacation for a limited time. Horrible company, shall not use or recommend to anyone if you actually want to travel!
