Hour Wait for a 10 Minute Ride
We waited almost an hour in the lobby for the helicopter ride, and the actual tour only lasted about 10 minutes. For the price we paid, it was not worth the money or the time.

Arrive on time but no need to show up early. Coordinating the shuttle ride is a pain. Just take a taxi there. It’s more convenient

Thoroughly enjoyed our helicopter tour. A very memorable way to round out our visit to the Grand Canyon. Definitely worth the money & highly recommended.

The Grand Canyon is absolutely amazing and truly a once-in-a-lifetime sight. However, the overall day was very poorly organised by Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters. Unfortunately, there were long delays throughout the day. We waited 45 minutes to board the plane to fly to the helicopter site, and then another 45 minutes before boarding the helicopter to the canyon. Because of these delays, we missed the opportunity to visit Guano Point, as we had to rush back to meet the assigned return time for the plane. After returning to the helicopter site, we then had to wait another 40 minutes for the ground shuttle, and unfortunately the driver was extremely rude to several passengers, which added to the frustration. Another issue was the lack of clear directions at the helicopter site. There were no clear signs or guidance on where to go after each stage of the tour, so we constantly had to ask staff.On a positive note, the plane and helicopter pilots, boatman were friendly and informative,

Alles war top, der Sammel-Shuttle war gut organisiert, der Flug und die Aussicht ein tolles Erlebniss, der Rücktransport erfolgte individuell in kleinen Gruppen, alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert

Such a super trip , we were picked up from the hotel at the time stated , welcomed into the airport to await the helicopter all staff were extremely pleasant and informative , our pilot was brilliant and gave us such an amazing flight experience . This trip was amazing would throughly recommend
