If I could give zero stars I would. We received a food tour with a helicopter ride as a gift. We did the food tour and a shuttle brought us to this company. First they weight you. My husband is a large man and in front of our whole group they state if you weigh too much they will charge you an extra 50-100 dollars. First of all that was rude. Secondly our flight is like 45 mins later and we are waiting but I see another couple in our group leave first within 10 mins. I ask why we are waiting and they are not and Carllynn the manager states that FAA regulations state we need to wait 45 mins. I ask well why didn't they have to wait and she states that it's because of the weight. I of course get upset, is it FAA regulations or not. This place is discriminatory. I start to argue with her and because she can't handle anyone arguing with her about their unfair practices she threatens to kick me out. I tell her I need to think about wanting to still go with them as their lack of professionalism is making me not want to put my life I their hands. She says she needs to know now and I ask for a minute to discuss with my husband and she kicks me off the flight. These people are unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't use them. No customer service and if they have managers like that I wonder who they have flying their helicopters. Use another company. These people are a joke especially Carolynn the manager. She should be fired or go to school for customer service.

Le vol etait vraiment magnifique, parcontre j'ai réservé avec un guide français mais arrivé sur place pas d'audio guide donc j'ai payer plus chère pour une prestation ou il n'y a pas de guide.
