The tour itself was great, but customer service is terrible. Our flight was delayed 50 min and it was the only flight that didn’t depart on time. When we approached the manager to get a partial refund or some kind of compensation (we were really upset because we had only one day in Las Vegas and didn’t want to waste our time), Jonnie (the blonde lady who is a manager) was very rude. She started arguing when I asked her to show me the policy guide where it says that we didn’t qualify for a partial refund or compensation. She said she would take us off the flight because I was aggressive. I believe it’s very unprofessional because it’s a normal thing to ask for when you pay some $600-700. They didn’t even give us water. Again, the flight was amazing, nothing to complain about but Jonnie ruined the entire impression.

Fantastic experience and super service! We took the helicopter tour to Tower Butte in Page, AZ. Our pilot Dan was very friendly and professional. Since this was our first helicopter ride, it was exhilarating to say the least. Loved every bit of it. Special mention to the integrity of the team. While checking in for the tour, we were asked if we wanted front seats (I think it was $50 extra per person). We did take the front seats and it was a good decision. But since the other group who was to share the tour with us did not show up, we (my wife and I) were the only people on this tour. On our way back, the Grand Canyon Airlines crew returned the extra money they charged us for the front seats. I think this shows the integrity of the team!! I would definitely recommend this tour and the operators to all..
