Basically it is a lottery, you might be satisfied or, like me, hugely disappointed and irritated. In my case, they put 6 people on board, 1 in front and 4 next to windows, while I as assigned the seat in the middle with an obstructed view. I paid exactly the same amount of money, as everyone else, 229 USD. People sitting next to the window were taking photos and/or filming, which is the very reason to go for the ride. I just took few photos, and every time I had to excuse someone do it. I complained about the assignment of the seat soon after the flight. The staff was very unpleasant, and said that it was the company policy (!?), and I should contact my tour organizer, as if the tour company had anything to do with the flight. They offered me a 20 USD discount at first, then after my complain emails - 50 USD, which I did not accept. I wanted at least 50% return of the money. I was hugely disappointed and irritated, they ruined my trip, for which I waited many, many years. They also offered me another flight, but I was with a group, which could not wait for me. And besides, why couldn't they do it right from the beginning! So annoying. The company does not warn that the view might be obstructed; quite the opposite, they advertise the flight for its views! Check the homepage. The second explanation was that the helicopter had to be balanced... which is a complete nonsense. The helicopter can balanced with any number of people. They put 6 people instead of 5 people on board to increase the profit. Besides, the aircraft is old and noisy, even with the headphones. I could not hear the narration that is played during the flight. Very, very disappointing and irritating experience. My advise, get another company.

This should be a 4.5 star rating.Worth it to check something off your bucket list. It's a little less expensive than others. I paid $369. $50 upgrade to front is worth it, but you could take your chances. 5 of 7 seats have windows. No limo. A shuttle picks you up at your hotel. 2-3 passenger stops, then transfer to a tour bus. One of our group was late, so we took the shuttle all the way to the Boulder airport. Quick friendly check in (& weigh in), safety video & maybe 30 min wait. Our pilot "Mike" was great. We changed air craft after a few min in the air due to no A/C. It cut our lunch a little short but it was still a great excursion. Air craft look a few years old, but no concerns that I could see. Don't forget to tip your pilot :-)

The tour itself was great, but customer service is terrible. Our flight was delayed 50 min and it was the only flight that didn’t depart on time. When we approached the manager to get a partial refund or some kind of compensation (we were really upset because we had only one day in Las Vegas and didn’t want to waste our time), Jonnie (the blonde lady who is a manager) was very rude. She started arguing when I asked her to show me the policy guide where it says that we didn’t qualify for a partial refund or compensation. She said she would take us off the flight because I was aggressive. I believe it’s very unprofessional because it’s a normal thing to ask for when you pay some $600-700. They didn’t even give us water. Again, the flight was amazing, nothing to complain about but Jonnie ruined the entire impression.
