Loved the tour! Had to deduct 2 points because pilot did NOT enforce the rule that face masks must be worn at all time. Edited to response to owner - at the time we flew, mask mandates had NOT been lifted.

Kylie was a wonderful pilot. We enjoyed every minute of this experience. This is the absolute best way to see the Grand Canyon if staying in Vegas. The picnic landing at the bottom of the canyon was the icing on the cake.

With Vegas traffic and unpredictability, this place is in no way going to work with you on rescheduling or canceling, took my upgrade seat fee and my booked flight and told me to eat it ( in a sense) none refundable money in there pocket didn’t even have to take off. Booked in the morning for a night flight, husband was feeling sick after we ate @ restaurant and I called so see if I could reschedule for tomorrow, nope 👎🏼 fat chance! Terrible customer service book with someone else if you have iffy plans, don’t even accommodate if someone is feeling under the weather.

This was an amazing flight from the South Rim exploring the canyon before returning from the North Rim. Our flight was around 40 minutes. The forest scenery (in snow) was an added bonus. Great views from our helicopter. Very informative pilot (John) who looked after us extremely well. Overall this was a wonderful experience and was very good value for money. This was one of the highlights of our visit from Australia. I highly recommend Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters.

We were scheduled to take the flight, and on the down from Page, our car broke down. They gladly reschuled us again and again, until we finally get the flight. IT WAS FABULOUS. Don't even stop to think about it. Just do it!
