They are the uggliest experience I have ever hade in my life on trips! They cancelled my flight in the same day of the flight without explanation and they just wanted to give me the refund ! They don't care anything and they are very distance people with the clients ! IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE IN YOUR LIFE JUST TRY TO BOOK WITH THEM AND HOPE THEY WILL OFFER YOU A SOLUTION IN CASE OF SOMETHING !

An absolutely miserable experience. Hours of standing around waiting and doing nothing. Do not, I repeat do not pay good money for this worst in a lifetime misadventure. 9 people in my family, all frustrated with this horribly disorganized organization. They should not be in business.

A trip that has been on my bucket list for a very long time and it did not disappoint! The bonus, is that surprised my daughter. Papillon was professional and held safety to the highest standards.From the driver who transported us to the air strip, registration and our pilot, were all courteous and informative. The flight is exhilarating and one for the memory books. Looking forward to experiencing again. Highly recommend!! Thank you, Papillion!

This was a great experience from our first call to make our reservation…to our limo transportation which was great …..to when we landed…… all 5 stars!! 👍🏼 Papillon is very professional, answered all our questions, and was very safe. The actual tour day was the best! We took the king of Canyons tour. Our pilot Matt narrated and pointed out different things throughout the flight. This is the best way to see the Grand Canyon so don’t gamble, take your money and book this tour you will not be disappointed. Thank you Tony and Gina

This was a terrific experience, and great value for the money. There was a safety presentation pre- flight. The whole process was very professional. We took off from the south rim, and flew across to the north rim and back. Much better views than on land, but we recommend doing both. Highly recommend Papillon!

This was a bucket list experience which was outstanding. Cessna flyover of Hoover Dam, helicopter views over the Grand Canyon, walking up to the rim and floating down the river. We experienced the canyon just about every way possible in just a few hours. It’s money well spent and I encourage everyone to do it.
