On April 4th, I took the Grand Voyager Rim to River tour. I was really looking forward to crossing “Grand Canyon off my bucket list. Unfortunately, due to lack of time (late pilots/transportation) our tour missed Eagle Point and Guano Point entirely. We spent much time waiting for our pilots to arrive. When first arrived at the GC, we were told that we needed a ticket for the shuttle bus to take us to our next destination after our heli/pontoon float. We were also told that if we did not get back to the original building by “2:00 pm” we would be left and we were advised to make sure the lines to buy shuttle tickets were not too long or we would be left therefore, we were instructed to leave the lookout points by 1:45. We got back to the terminal at around 1:30 and realized that there was no way we could buy our tickets because the line was very very long, ride out to the look out points and make it back into the building BY 2:00 pm. We actually waited at the terminal for our pilots until 2:30 pm. We wasted our trip WAITING. I didn’t comment on the food because we were limited to the gift shop and THERE WAS NO LUNCH other than chips/ candy etc . 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and no lunch available. Even if we were able to make it to the ONE look out point that sold food we probably would not have had time to stand in line, order food, and eat. My main point is this, with the price we paid, there should have been a van to take us to the lookout points. We wasted a lot of time waiting and with the price we paid, we should have been shuttled out to the look out points. The other solution would be to have the pilots run on time. I will not recommend this trip.

I booked this trip for my almost 90 year old father in law who spent the better part of the last 4 years taking care of his wife so she could pass at home. When we asked him if there was anything he wanted to do this spring/summer he said he wanted to go to the grand canyon. Having taken a papillon tour for our 25th anniversary a few years ago I was quick to jump on your site and book another trip for him. It was everything he hoped it would be and more! He got to sit next to the pilot and enjoyed watching his gauges to figure out what he was doing when there wasn’t much to see out the expansive window view. Got a good look at the canyon from the 10,000’ view before coming in for a landing and being able to walk around for half an hour or so before heading back out again. A great experience for him! He’s still talking about it a week later!

We had a fantastic experience with Papillon airplane tour to Grand Canyon West Rim! Everything was very well organized and they have excellent customer service. The money spent on a quick 30 min flight from LV to Grand Canyon is well worth it compared to driving there from Las Vegas. Highly recommend this company!

My husband and I booked the Grand Celebration Tour. The service was amazing from check-in to landing. We upgraded to the two front seats and it was worth it! The panoramic view from the front seats was incredible and the photos I was able to take are amazing!! The light picnic lunch and champagne after landing in the canyon was a nice touch. Our pilot, Ali, was knowledgeable and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Papillon Helicopters. You will not be disappointed. Date of trip 04/10/2022.

Was amazing! Definitely pay for the longer flight. Was worth it! Peggy and the front desk crew was extremely helpful and friendly. Our pilot Brian did an amazing job!
