Excellent customer experience! Took the imperial air tour from Grand Canyon airport along with another couple from France. Our pilot was able to communicate in French and in English so that both of us could understand and appreciate the experience. Highly recommend this to anyone. Money well spent!

Wonderful experience. I booked a private helicopter tour with 3 people (myself, girlfriend, photographer) and had a sunset Strip and Grand Canyon Tour. Every part of the tour was great - limo arrived on time and was very comfortable, driver was very sweet, the airport lounge was very comfortable and clean (although we did wait for about 30min). Most importantly, the pilot was very professional, skilled, and knowledgeable, and the helicopter was extremely comfortable and felt very safe. There was more than enough time in the air and in the Grand Canyon. The flight experience, especially during sunset, was beautiful, although when arriving at the Strip, it is still quite bright outside. The best view of the Strip on the way back is on the pilot side, so if you are sitting on the passenger side, you may not get the best view. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

Thanks to Latoya at customer service for helping us figure out our gift certificate situation and booking the trip for us… she was a fantastic help! The pilots were great and they ensured we were all briefed prior to departing. The flight was narrated thru earphones which gave info on highlights along the way. Once in the Grand Canyon you visit 2 sites, both beautiful views. My only complaint is that because there are soooooo many tourists it takes too much time waiting for busses getting from place to place… long lines. Would be nice to have a specific shuttle run by papillon for their guests only instead of waiting with everyone else. I would highly recommend taking this tour with this company, it was a very memorable experience.
