I sprained my ankle on the morning of the activity which was starting at 3pm so couldn’t do the activity as it required walking. I called at 8am when their office opened and asked for another activity where I didn’t have to walk such as a helicopter ride but they refused and did not refund me a dime. They asked me to go to the hospital to obtain a signed medical report to get a refund which would cost more than the refund amount so I didn’t get the report as a refund wasn’t guaranteed even with the report. Gutted.

Aktivität hat nicht stattgefunden .Wir wurden im Vorhinein nicht darüber informiert,dass der Flug storniert wurde. . Unsere Taxifahrten hin und retour und unser Zeitaufwand gingen zu unseren Lasten und wurden nicht entschädigt!!

Prachtige helikoptervlucht over de grand canyon. Het enigste spijtige is dat de maatschappij geen foto’s toelaten met je familie bij de helikopter om zelf 1 slechte foto te nemen en hiervoor nogmaals 25 dollar aanrekenen… De activiteit op zich is al een dure aangelegenheid waardoor het jammer is dat ze op deze manier nogmaals geld uit de zakken van toeristen willen slaan. Daarnaast staat er bij de frontdesk dat je op voorhand een toeslag moest betaald hebben om gegarandeerd een frontseat te krijgen.

A must do to see the Grand Canyon!
This is without a doubt a must do to see the gran canyon. You can only really appreciate it by air. Our pilot, Kate, made us feel safe and the tour thought us a lot that we wouldn’t have known just by visiting the village. Our flight time was around 50 min and that felt quick.

The transport both too and from the airport was horrendous. My wife felt sick before we got to the flight, only to wait at the airport as the previous flight was delayed which had a knock on effect on ours. I was really looking forward to seeing the Grand Canyon for years, which is no doubt spectacular but the organisation was piss poor and certainly not worth the money in my humble opinion.
