Curt, our pilot and guide, was personable and provided interesting and historical facts. He was a skilled helicopter pilot and made my daughter and I feel at ease. Lunch in the base was good, too. The limo shuttle was the cherry on top and Chad did a nice job, taking our photo.

I can't describe how upset I am . I booked my trip with this company and I supposed to wait for my limo at 9:55 since my flight supposed to departure at 11 am, it was 10:00 am and there was not limo or anybody at the pick up station. I had to call customer service to find the ugly surprise that this particular flight has been cancelled due the weather, when is 60 degrees outside , a beautiful and sunny day and on top of that there's other companies flighting today but Papillion. They didn't call to canceled , they told me that it was great that I called so they can let me know it was canceled , how in the world they do something like this to their customer?? This is absolutely rude and so unprofessional . I will never recommend this company . Please be also aware that when I was booking my trip everybody was nice but when I wanted to canceled they turned into a nasty nasty service. Please do not do any business with Papilion.

Papillon Tours is incredible!! Prompt pick up at almost any Strip hotel in a comfy, clean bus then a leisurely ride down to Boulder City to the terminal. The buses, terminal and helicopters were all very clean and the staff was the definition of friendly, courteous and professional. The helicopter tour is something you'll never forget. The picnic lunch was a turkey sandwich, apple slices, cookies, chips and champagne (with water and soda). The pilots are all funny, knowledgeable and professional. The Grand Canyon is breathtakingly gorgeous, especially landing in the Canyon for a picnic lunch. You will not be disappointed with Papillon! Shout out to NicCole and Tony for taking such amazing care of us!

The sights and our pilot, Kyle, was actually pretty awesome. I think the whole experience was WAY too expensive for you get though, hence the three stars and post semi buyers remorse. We bought one of the most expensive packages, adding on limo and lunch/landing in canyon, and las vegas strip fly over. The limo driver was on time for pick up but uninterested and curt. Once checked in, they upgraded others that had not paid extra for those extra things, to our flight...so basically, we paid for it and they didn't. That's BS. Then they shoved us in the very crowded back seat with limited view and all squashed together (all the fatties) so forget about moving or taking very good pictures with the reflections of those in the front seat in the windows. You can't see half the stuff the pilot points out either. I was excited about seeing the Hoover Dam and the Strip but really couldn't due to my seat. Waste of the extra money we paid. The pilot was great and we enjoyed his sense of humor and commentary. We took photos with him and the helicopter before we left and we were supposed to have the option to purchase it, but when we returned, it had had been deleted or something so didn't was not there so we did not have that option. Loved the views we could see. Too bad they cram so many people in one helicopter. It was not fair that we had to pay extra for things that others did not. We very clearly heard other parties being "Upgraded" for free. They also forgot to bring the lunches for another helicopter in our group that left the same time we did. I would've been livid about that too.

Ever feel so excited and pump something up so big just to be let down? Well that just happend. When I paid over $500 dollars I wasn't expecting to get stuffed in the back much less in the middle staring and the back of a 6'5" mans head. The captain didn't say more than 3 words the whole flight, and trying to take pics around everyone was impossible. Shop around elsewhere, Also the seats up front are $50 more which I would've paid if it was offered to us!
