After the flight, we waited almost an hour and then was crammed on a full bus, while passing our hotel on the strip twice...when there was my family plus two other woman left on the large bus, they transferred us to another mini bus with people on it. It was the most unorganized mess. Spending almost an hour an a half on a crammed bus after paying $1,300 for the experience is unacceptable. I called them as soon as I got back to my hotel, the customer service "lady" who answered was very upset and acted like she missed her meds that morning. She was not respectful and yelled at me. Three days later, a very nice man called me and listened and offered me a CD of the canyon. I politely refused and told him that I would leave my experience of the event on Google with a one star rating. He understood. Company is safety concious. They cancelled Our flight 1 hour before due to wind. That was 1900. 00 for a full flight - 6 people- to them. We took a different flight. Pilot was nice. We did 4:50 pm, and the sun was on the way down. I would have preferred not having 1/2 the canyon in shade, but my husband liked the different lightng in different parts.
