Absolutely unreliable, poorly managed, and highly unprofessional company. I strongly do not recommend it. We are Spanish travelers and drove for hours specifically for this experience, as part of a tightly scheduled itinerary. This is not a place you simply pass through or can easily return to, so missing this opportunity is not a minor inconvenience. What is even more disappointing is not just losing the experience, but being treated like just another number, with no consideration at all. We booked more than 40 days in advance, fully prepaid, and even received a confirmation the day before, which makes what happened even more unacceptable. Upon arrival, we were informed on the spot that one of their helicopters was out of service. No clear rescheduling time was provided — we were simply told flights might resume in 3 to 4 hours, with no certainty whatsoever. They had all our contact details and never informed us in advance. It was clearly an overbooking situation, with many passengers affected. After reading other reviews, it is evident that this is not an isolated incident but a recurring pattern. Customers are showing up, fully booked and confirmed, only to be turned away at the last minute. This is completely unacceptable. The on-site management was unacceptable. Staff were completely overwhelmed and unable to handle the situation. They refused to provide any written confirmation stating that the service was not delivered due to their fault and gave questionable excuses, such as “no internet,” to avoid documenting anything. A supervisor (“Michael”) showed no accountability and offered no real solution or compensation. They also hide behind third-party booking systems, which significantly delays refunds. Bottom line: we left without flying, without our money, and without any written proof of what happened. Their only “solution” was to send us to a QR code so that we, the affected customers, had to file the claim ourselves, shifting all responsibility onto us. Customer treatment was even worse. Communication was distant and unhelpful, even when Spanish-speaking staff were present. One employee ended the interaction abruptly with a dismissive “bye” gesture, waving her hands toward the exit. Later, they attempted to deflect responsibility with unfounded accusations. We lost not only the experience, but also valuable travel time. We are currently escalating this through formal consumer protection channels. This company shows no respect for customers’ time, money, or experience. If this is how they operate on the ground, it seriously raises concerns about their professionalism and safety standards in the air.

You have false advertisement for this tour!! It states that it’s a 1 HOUR long helicopter ride over the Vegas Strip, however, we was up in the helicopter for 15-20 minutes MAX! I am disgusted and appalled with how you are getting away with falsely advertising something that isn’t true! Myself and my partner have booked various activities through your company and spent a lot of money with yourselves including the price it cost for this tour! The reason I booked this tour with yourselves is because you state that it’s a 1 hour long helicopter ride but that isn’t the truth at all. You literally get 15-20 minutes in the helicopter. I feel that I should be compensated having spent all this money on the trip with the belief that we were getting a 1 hour long helicopter ride as per what you have advertised this as. I will be leaving further reviews over social media advising people to not book this trip with yourselves as you lie about the duration of time that you get for this ride!

I spent over $450 for a 45-minute flight for two people. Shopping around that's not a bad deal. My flight was great it was a wonderful experience with a pilot that was well knowledged and operated the aircraft very smoothly. I was pretty upset to find that I could not buy any kind of video from the flight which used to be available on every other flight I've ever taken from any other aircraft company. The cameras are still mounted in the aircraft!! But worst of all I have a link to four pictures, two of which I wasn't even in the aircraft, they are just generic pictures. So $40 for two actual pictures of me and the person I was with. Couldn't you have just included that in the price of the flight and treated it as a gift to us on our way out? After spending that much money I take that as a real slap in the face. Don't ever expect to see me on one of your aircraft again!

Grand canyon is great, administration and staff not so

This is a challenging review to write, on one hand the Grand Canyon is amazing. The airplane was smooth and I had every confidence in the pilot and the shuttles around the canyon were quick and convenient and the canyon experience was great. However, the reason why I have scored it 3 and not a 5 is purely from my experience on the ground with the staff, the poor attitudes and customer service from the staff checking us in and how it put a significant dampener on our day. When we got out to boulder city airport we were informed that the backpacks we brought with us would not be allowed on the plane and we would have to leave them all behind and either carry our belongings or go to the gift shop to buy a suitable bag. They said we should have been advised of this when we contacted them to confirm however we obviously weren't informed as we turned up with backpacks. We checked the website prior to leaving and it said that backpacks couldn't be taken on the sky walk but they could be stored in the lockers there. No where does it say you can't even take them on the plane. So we ended up buying an over priced bag from the gift shop so we could take our things with us (ironically the bag we bought more or less the size as the backpack). We also aren't aware that we would be provided with a lunch whilst we were there (I note it is now written on the website but it wasn't on there when we booked and not on our confirmation) so we ended up wasting the food we brought with us as it couldn't be stored at an appropriate temperature to save for the next day. Further more, the tour is advertised as a 7hr door to door excursion, however for us it was 10hours. We almost missed our show in the evening due to this. This delay is because we had to wait over an hour after our plane landed to get transport back to vegas. Again this is something that isn't advertised, neither was this explained to us at the airport that the wait would be that long and it just made a long day, even longer. Moving forward, pappillon / grand canyon scenic airlines should really improve their customer service, set customer expectations earlier and also advertise that there would be a delay for over an hour to go back to the city as we waited for multiple other tours to return. This really did spoil what otherwise was a great day
