While we enjoyed the flight and the views, we did have a few disappointments. First, the “limo” for the transfer from the hotel to the airport was not a limo, but a “party bus”. We were under the impression it would be an actual limo. This bus also had 10 other people crammed on it. Other couples were also under the impression it would be a private limo. The ride to the airport had numerous stops at other hotels to pick up people and we were waiting for these other customers for a while. Once at the airport, we boarded the helicopter and our pilot was very nice and had a fun personality. The flight itself was only about 10 minutes and we wished it was longer. After the flight, we waited about 20 minutes for our ride back to the hotel. An actual stretch limo did show up but only picked up one couple. We waited another 10 minutes for a ride again with a crammed bus.

Awesome experience, 11/10 and cannot recommend enough!!! My wife and I had a great time on our sunset tour to the Grand Canyon. After experiencing it, I would recommend any other way to experience it! Our pilot RJ was top notch and great to guide us around in the air!

Great!!! That’s all I really can say. My sweety turned 45 and I surprised him with the ride and he loved it as well as myself. The staff was friendly and they didn’t keep you waiting. I would definitely do it again probably the Grand Canyon next time.

The limo is not worth the extra💰 money. I was not impressed with the limo, no drink, cramped space with other couples. Had to wait 15 min for another couple and then had to wait to be dropped back off! However I was super impressed with the Vip package for the helicopter ride!!!! It was amazing! It was my 40th Bday I will never forget the feeling of flying high! So yes Upgrade to Vip and skip the limo!

Absolutely a fantastic way to see the Grand Canyon and with the best team if professionals at Papillion. From start to finish everything runs smoothly and very organized. Pilot John was remarkable, shout out to him for not crashing us! It was worth every penny!

Hands down the best money I ever spent on a trip. There are no words to describe the feeling when you first see to the bottom of the canyon. The only complaint I would have is I wish I could have turned down the volume on the headset a little more. The volume dial worked but even at the lowest setting it was a touch loud for me. We upgraded to the helicopter with bigger windows, the longer flight and paid extra for the front seats. Money well spent.

Our tour guide Dan was amazing! We ended up having a family problem during the trip but he remained very professional and really saved the day! I would definitely go on this tour again someday!

Our pilot was hilarious and professional. We had a windy ride but he made it easy going and made the bumpy ride a lot less nerve racking. The font desk people were friendly and professional. Anyone looking to see the most amazing sight of the Grand Canyon do the early morning helicopter tour with Papillion helicopters!!

My husband and I got married in Vegas last Tuesday and did a Grand Canyon tour on Thursday. The whole experience was incredible. Dave and Carl were our pilots on our plane, and they were so fun and put everyone at ease. We had an absolutely beautiful day. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful once in a lifetime experience.

Such a great experience. 100% worth it Loved the tour from with our pilot that was very very friendly, the people on the ramp wasn’t as nice as the pilot but they weren’t bad either. Believe me this is a must do in Vegas! On my opinion way better to do it at night time

Amazing helicopter tour over the Grand Canyon! Beautiful views, of course ... Also, the audio information and fun music choices playing through the headphones really enhances the experience. I would highly recommend seeing the Grand Canyon by helicopter! The Papillon staff was super friendly and attentive. Our entire family had a blast!
