We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Papillon. All their employees are very friendly and helpful. Our thanks to our pilot, Mallory, who did a great job. There is not a bad seat in the helicopters and so much to see. This is truly the most amazing way to see the Grand Canyon.

The whole experience was outstanding from pick up at hotel to return.. highly recommend sunset flight over the Grand canyon.. however our pilot made it even more outstanding. Fred was entertaining and informative as much as the Grand canyon is breathtaking... Get Fred as a pilot!!!!!!!!!!

Helicopter rides are expensive but the staff was very prompt and professional and there is no better place to ride a helicopter, the view was amazing

I booked this service for my boyfriends birthday and we had to rescheduled 2 days out because we believed that he had food poisoning. At the time of the rescheduled date, I called to ask if we could reschedule again because we we’re afraid he might have Covid and not food poisoning, but they said no. We would have to provide a doctors note for the food poisoning and a Covid test would not be valid. So I lose my money because we wanted to be safe and didn’t want to get anyone affected with Covid. We even just wanted to reschedule until after a Covid test, as this is something we really wanted to do. It’s definitely a big bummer and I felt like this was horrible customer service. I wasn’t demanding my money back or anything, we were just trying to be safe. I’m sure the ride is nice but this definitely ruined it for us.

The highlight of our Grand Canyon trip! So lucky to even go up and they were canceling planes & helicopter rides later because of extreme winds. But our Pilot John was fantastic ! Friendly, informative and handled the winds perfectly. Highly recommend worth the cost!

We had Fred as our pilot for our sunrise tour and he was amazing. Shared so much information on the flight there and back, very friendly and made the trip totally worth it. If you're hesitant to book because of cost just do it, you won't regert it. We can't wait to come back and do it again.

We had a fantastic time! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Jeremy our pilot was very good and went out of his way to make sure everyone on board got to see everything on the flight. It was definitely worth the extra money to get to sit up front. A truly once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Took the plane from Boulder City airport to Grand Canyon West Rim. Flight there was smooth and scenic, pilot Scott was excellent. Lots of picture opportunities. Way back was turbulent, but not the pilot's fault, just scared the heck out of me. Overall wonderful trip and well worth it.
