Our Pilot Brian B provided the BEST possible trip!! He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable….he was very helpful with a member of our group who was having trouble with his recent knee replacement and let us take our time without rushing us. He even accompanied us out on the West Rim Skywalk - even though he was afraid of heights!! I highly recommend Brian and Papillon Helicopter tours!

Very short ride and very well worth it at least once in your life. You're going to blow 100$ on slots or table games, go spend it on a more memorable experience like this one. Also, pilot was a class act, explained everything thoroughly and made our group feel safe. Greeter at the entrance was also a class act, refreshing since he appeared to be quite young. Front desk staff was a little hurried, but understandable since they process so many reservations per hour.

Brittany was totally rude to a customer. It was evident that a passenger had a disability however she was kicked off for trying to adjust her seat and accidentally touched something. Once the engine started to the helicopter nobody could hear anything however it was evident to all the passengers that the passenger had no idea what she even did herself. I believe it was poor communication on Brittany’s be half to even process what was happening. Their money should be refunded and Brittany should have to take a sensitivity course moving forward in addition to communication course. If she plans on remaining with the company. We were all disappointed that this happened.

The pilot that flew us from Boulder City to Bar 10 Ranch in the Grand Canyon was very professional and friendly. He did an awesome job taking off and landing on the very small runway at Bar 10 Ranch. The plane was comfortable for the size of it. The pilot flew us over the Hoover damn on our way to Bar 10. He made sure to give us an awesome view of the damn. I would have no problem flying again with this airline.

We took the Grand Canyon Scenic Airline to the Bar 10 Ranch on the Grand Canyon North Rim. The entire trip was amazing!! Everyone was very friendly and professional! Our pilot was able to give us information during the flight about where we were and what we were seeing as well as get there and back safe and sound!

This is the ONLY way to see the Grand Canyon!! We went to Mathers Point first before our flight to get a glimpse of the canyon, and just when we thought that was an incredible sight....we boarded the helicopter for a truly amazing point of view of the Grand Canyon. 100% recommend using Papillon Tours!

We had an excellent helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. The reservations were easy. The staff preparing us for our flight were professional and put all concerns to ease. The pilot was very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. In my opinion a helicopter tour is a “must” to really see the scope and magnitude of this amazing natural wonder!

The highlight of our recent vacation was flying in a helicopter over the Grand Canyon! What an awesome view!! We were a bit apprehensive since we had never flown in a helicopter before, but the pilot was excellent and set us at ease!

This was a trip of a lifetime. I loved the 50 min flight, seeing the canyon from different perspectives, and enjoyed the music and commentary. Awesome and worth every penny.

The manager and staff were friendly and entertaining, including the pilot and ground crew who thoroughly inspected the plane prior to the flight. In fact, pilot Ted was a former airplane mechanic. If you want to tour the Grand Canyon by air, this is the company to hire.
