It was an amazing and unforgettable experience. We were promptly picked up from the hotel and everything else for rest of the day went as promised. The views from the helicopter was breathtaking. Will definitely recommend.

Our family of six recently did the Grand Canyon helicopter tour, with a floor landing and picnic. Our pilot, John Paul, was excellent and friendly. So was our limo driver, Travis, who picked us up at our Las Vegas strip hotel and took us back. The terminal facilities were well appointed and the helicopter looked new and was well maintained. We felt like this was an example of you get what you pay for. We had a fantastic time and would recommend Papillon to anyone!

Our family of 5 (including three children between 6-12 years old) decided to see the Grand Canyon from a different perspective and booked a tour when visiting Las Vegas last week. Our shuttle picked us up at our hotel on the strip and transported us to the airport - where we are all weighed (for confirming weight and seat assignment) and watched a short informational video. Afterwards, we waited until our flight time. We were happy to see how many checks/balances were done by the pilot and mechanic on our helicopter before our tour - it was a thorough 40 minutes of prep before our pilot, Chris F., came to get us. Our tour was the highlight of our vacation - it was a smooth ride, comfortable A/C while taking in all of the views that not many can claim to have seen in their lifetime, informational commentary by the pilot (and some corny jokes, but were quite entertaining). We highly recommend taking a flight with Chris F., and appreciate him taking such good care of our family and accommodating us by taking family pictures in front of our helicopter as well. The only negative thing from our experience was that we aren't able to use our microphones on our headsets to communicate between my family and the pilot due to current Covid restrictions, which we completely understand. However, when traveling with children and/or a group of people and wanting to talk about what you are seeing, but you can't (and it's too loud to hear without microphones) - it's a little disappointing. But to confirm - this is not a negative on Papillon, just something to be aware of for all helicopter tours currently doing tours. If you are able to splurge a bit (and save time on travel) - we recommend this experience!
