Pick up from the hotel was 35 mins late so we didn’t have much time in the canyon itself once we got out there around sunset. That part felt very rushed. But otherwise fantastic views. Eric our pilot was phenomenal. Worth every penny!

Great views of the canyon, Jim the pilot was excellent. Only thing not great was the narrative thru the headphones on the ride it constantly broke up. Need new recording. Staff was professional and courteous. 45 min tour

I was greatly disappointed with the plane ride to and from the Grand Canyon. On the way to the Grand Canyon the pilot was rude and arrogant and did not follow Safety Protocols. When I asked if he would be wearing a mask, he defiantly told me "NO!" because they would fog up his glasses. I was upset that my safety was not a priority and the mask mandate in Nevada was not being followed. On the way from the Grand Canyon, neither the pilot or co-pilot who was in training had on a mask and passengers were not encouraged to wear a mask. This company/airline did not make the safety of their customers a priority. I would give the Hummer tour FIVE STARS however! The tour guide Trey was excellent. He was freindy and informative. Trey went above and beyond to keep passengers safe and make sure they were provided with an excellent tour of the Grand Canyon.

The entire experience from booking a tour to boarding the helicopter was very efficient and communication was great! I had to reschedule my tour due to personal reasons and I was pretty indecisive about what date I wanted to diary the tour out to. I contacted Papillon by email and they were very quick in responding to my request to change the date as well as provide the next available dates. Not once did I have to reach out to follow up. That's how good their communication is! I'd like to mention that I have never been on an air plane or helicopter before, I try to stay as close to the ground as possible lol. The pilot Roy, I believe that was his name, was so steady in the way he operated the helicopter. He checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were all doing okay. The views were absolutely AMAZING! Definitely worth it.

We took the night flight over the Las Vegas strip. It was a really great experience. Our pilot had some great stories to share and his sense of humor added to the fun. I'd absolutely recommend it.

I think 90% of the guest on the tour are just as confused as we had been? Little to Zero communication. 1st the Airport is NOT Las Vegas International is is a 1 hour bus ride to Boulder City. Then 20 minute plane ride. NO FOOD available… When we landed the guide pointed meet under the brown awning… wait which brown awning 4-5 brown awnings. What about the boat trip? Oh go with that group… We understood that 2 Helicopters had broken down so they ran the trip backwards don’t waste you money on the sky walk NO PICTURES ALLOWED!!! Take a bus to the other view spot NO FOOD!! They said oh they don’t start cooking until 11am that is when we got in the Helicopter headed for the boat… Many guest are very upset. Boat ride cool to see the canyon from below. Back at the airport delayed because the last helicopter broke down and the last 4 people stuck in 120 degree temperatures I should have picked another company.
