Extremely bad customer service. Canceled our trip a day and a half before we were to go. No explanation even though they emailed the day before asking and receiving full payment. When we were then trying to book again the salesman was able to offer the same company on the same time and day. Leaving us on holiday without over $1000 until the refund came in when we got home...

Especially one rather short woman who bossed us around and snapped at us; she definitely needs to be replaced. And the others didn't seem to enjoy their jobs either. A real shame. But thankfully, this only briefly marred the otherwise unique experience of taking this magnificent tour during boarding and disembarking. And regarding the music during the flight: at first, I thought it was unnecessary. But... it was brilliantly chosen and a perfect fit. In conclusion: Unfortunately, one star deducted for the incredibly unfriendly woman on the ground, otherwise everything was wonderful. (Original) Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis! Der Flug war phantastisch, alles klappte super. Die Dame beim check-in war gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich, der junge Mann bei der Einweisung auch.... Aber dann! Das gesamte Bodenpersonal, das uns begegnete, war absolut unfreundlich. Vor allem eine etwas kleinere Dame, die uns herumscheuchte und anfauchte, die sollte man dringend auswechseln. Und die anderen scheinen auch keinen Spaß an ihrer Arbeit zu haben. Sehr schade. Aber das trübte zum Glück nur kurz beim Ein- und Aussteigen das einmalige Erlebnis, diese grandiose Tour erleben zu dürfen. Und zur Musik beim Flug: ich dachte erst, das muss jetzt doch nicht sein. Aber... Sie war klasse ausgewählt und passte perfekt. Fazit: Leider ein Stern Abzug für die krass unfreundliche Dame am Boden, sonst alles sehr schön.

My wife and I absolutely loved the trip into the canyon. The scenery was some of the most breathtaking we have ever seen. The trip was made even more enjoyable by our pilot, Kevin, who made us feel like we were in good hands. He was very knowledgeable, informative, entertaining, and the perfect host. If you decide on seeing the Canyon via helicopter we very strongly recommend Papillon and be sure to request to be assigned to Kevin’s aircraft, you will be highly entertained, learn the history of the area, and have a great experience.
