Awful experience; booked and paid for a group of 5 passengers 6 weeks in advance of attending SEMA with employees and customers. Confirmed tour on the Friday before. We were left standing on a curb at 6:30 am with a no show by Papillon. Tour was booked with GC Tours. A call to them informed us the tour was cancelled with no notice. No solutions other than a refund. Total bust.

My wife and I booked a helicopter flight with our two kids. It was supposed to include a stop in the bottom of the Grand Canyon and a pontoon ride. We were really looking forward to this and paid almost $2600 for the 4 of us. The very day if the trip, we get a call that the pontoon trip will not be done. My wife cried as we saved for a long time to do this with our kids. Not only did the company refuse to still take us to the bottom of the canyon, but the company refused to offer any credit beyond $25 per person. The helicopter ride was also only about 12 minutes and not the 20 minutes we were told it would be and the pilot made absolutely no effort to talk to us one time. We will never, ever use this company again.
